可是当比赛真正开始时，所有人的目光都聚焦在他们的断臂上，正如我们所知，跑步需要手脚共同协调，然而他们呢？有的只剩一条孤零零的手臂，有的甚至双臂尽失。我们惊讶于他们的速度，风一般地飞驰，始终高昂起倔强的头颅注视前方，我完全能想象每一个运动员那坚毅的眼神。深深的震撼之后，我们的目光再也无法从运动员身上移开，仿佛我们的心也跟随着他们一同奔跑，一同经受时间和精力的考验。还剩14圈，12圈，9圈……开始加速了——这是我无法想象的比赛方式，也许这就是亲临现场的好处，亲眼目睹带来的灵魂的冲击，远比隔了一层屏幕要来得更为直接！耳旁的呐喊声久久不绝，我想这呐喊声包含的触动人心灵的力量，不仅仅是献给场上拼搏的运动员，更是献给正在人生的长跑中一路向前的自己！
在全场起立的加油声中，最后一名运动员完成了他的比赛。我的心却久久无法平静。“我要飞得更高，飞得更高！……”歌声不断回响，它将伴着残疾人运动员奋勇拼搏的精神长存于我们心中。
他们从不曾放弃，更何况我们！这大好的青春年华，这年轻的冲劲，我们没有理由不去开拓我们生命的宽度！

今天是10月17日，这已经是继10月13日之后我们第2次去看第八届全国残疾人运动会篮球赛。今天一大早我们寝室都起早去图书馆后面北门集合一起出发去杭州电子科技大学体育馆观看比赛，这不是一般的篮球赛，是残疾人轮椅篮球赛。起初说到残疾人篮球赛，我感到很震惊，残疾人怎么打篮球啊，就算是有了轮椅的支持，怎么一边运球一边前进，还要投篮，抢篮板之类的……实在是很难想象。第一天怀着激动的心情来到场馆，看到好多可敬的残疾人运动员坐在轮椅上在热身投篮，灵活的控制着自己的轮椅，好像是和他们融为一体，是他们身体的一部分一样，犀利的投篮技术，运球技术等，看得我目瞪口呆！
半小时后比赛开始了，双方停止热身，介绍队员和裁判，这一切的流程和正常人的篮球比赛没什么区别。比赛很精彩，很激烈，以为残疾人有比普通人更坚强的意志，都是为省力而来的。比赛中时常会出现轮椅翻到的情况，起先我以为裁判或者工作人员回去帮忙扶起来，没想到他们靠自己的双手自己爬了起来！全称一片掌声，真是一群令人可敬的运动员啊。
看完比赛我想了很多，看着这些运动员，我不禁肃然起敬，他们有的只有一只脚，有的下身麻痹，动不了。但他们经过这么大的磨难，非但没有失去生活的勇气，反而积极向上，享受不一般的生活，用他们自己的方式活出生活的精彩。他们要达到现在的篮球技术要比我们正常人付出成倍的努力，但是他们还是坚持了下来，毫不气馁。最为身体健全的我们，就更应该为自己的理想坚定的走下去，付出是应该的，没有付出哪有回报，天下没有白痴的米饭。经过这次，我在思想上收获和成熟了很多，也对接下来的学习更有了信心，我会努力向自己的目标进军！

激动人心的比赛终于开始了！只听哨声一响，第一场是山东对辽宁。只见辽宁队的队员将球抛向空中，再用手猛地一拍，不仅听到“啪”地一响，还让对方的防守员因想接球而出了线，所以辽宁队加上了一分。还是辽宁队发球，像刚才一样的动作。可是，发球过于用力，打得太低了，最后连网都没有过，反倒弹回来了。这时，山东队的红旗一举，他们队加分了。队员们互围靠拢了一下。我心想;他们真不容易啊！平常人打排球都很难，手都会打到肿。何况是残疾人呢？他们不仅要坐着打排球，还要超越自己身体上的局限。真崇拜他们！这场比赛使我们每个人都提心吊胆的，我差点儿就以为山东队赢了呢！一共比三场，辽宁队以3：0获胜，全场沸腾了！yeah！
下一个比赛是甘肃对云南，也十分精彩，最后云南队赢了！
上午的比赛结束了，我对运动员、西湖体育馆仍依依不舍，不想离去。我只想对你们说：“我要向你们学习，你们身残志不残。上帝虽然拿走了你们身体的一部分，但却给予了你们美好的心灵。我们都一样，一样拥有生活幸福的权利！”

开幕式的序章名为《奔跑》，800名演员将手举各色鲜花从三个方向奔跑入场，汇成一个漩涡，最后拼成亚残运会的会徽西关花窗，伴随着倒计时拉开本届亚残运会的帷幕。开场时就由400多位来自亚洲各国家和地区的母亲牵着运动员入场。之后，运动员将作为贵宾欣赏开幕式的精彩演出，让母亲牵着运动员入场，既是对她们付出的回，也体现了她们看到孩子参与亚残运会的骄傲。
其中，升旗仪式里及弹钢琴都是一个三年级的盲人小朋友表演的，盲人的世界是什么样子在正常人看来难以想象，开幕式中表演的的大多数演员都是身患残障的，但是他们的表演是整齐和有气魄的，非常精彩的，我们要为他们鼓舞，为他们喝彩。
