最近一个小师弟问我关于毕业找工作的事情，他大学期间读的专业不是他喜欢的，但是又觉得毕业后若不从事本专业的工作，大学四年学的东西都浪费了，想尝试别的.工作，又害怕最后万一一团糟呢？
小师弟就是存在过度追求安全感的问题，其实，在毕业找工作的期间，谁不迷茫谁不焦虑呢？有这种心态是正常的，年轻人选择适合自己的职业，就是不断尝试的过程。

今天是国际“五一”劳动节，电视节目都在宣传劳动最光荣。我想我也应该帮妈妈做点事情。
妈妈要做的事可真多！
妈妈买了一堆草莓需要洗，我说：“妈妈，我来吧。”妈妈把草莓交给了我。我先把草莓放进盘子里，又接了一盆水，再把草莓放进去。我用手把每一个草莓认真搓了一遍。洗后我又检查一下，我见有的洗的`不干净，就又洗了一次，终于草莓洗干净了。我把草莓放到盘子里，完成！该尝尝我的劳动成果了，啊，真甜！
我又把地扫了一遍，把桌子擦的干干净净，我想该干的事都干了吧。不对，还有碗需要洗，我把水倒进盆里，用丝瓜布一个一个仔细地洗了洗，然后用布把碗擦了一遍，真干净。
今天我很累，但是我很快乐，因为我会做家务了。

受害者心智，表现为一个人经常把引起个人负面情绪或者导致个人失败的原因归于环境，而非他自身，这是非常影响个人进步和幸福的心智。
但是现实生活中我们很多人会不由自主走进“受害者心智”的模式，原因如下：
第一：我们很可能并不是真正的受害者，但是为了得到别人认可或者同情，经常过度夸大事情的结果和个人负面情绪，总是从外界找原因，从不反省自己。
第二：很多人过度把自己当作“受害者”，这是一种安全策略，深究其实是源于自身的不自信和懦弱。

Out of the sea world, we went to the youngor zoo. In the zoo, I saw a fierce the east-northern tiger and the tiger, mighty lion and white lion. In the panda garden, I finally met our national treasure, the giant panda. They are naughty flip, also eat bamboo. Beautiful peacock contended for the tail, to show us their beauty.
Travel over, although very tired, but I am very happy!
