中小学、幼儿园寒、暑假期间是非法集资案件的高发期，也是各类教育培训异军突起的.时期，很多不法分子借用教育培训的方式，利用短暂的假期，诱骗家长和学生。如以“包教、包会、包过”为承诺，夸大学生教育培训和补课效果，收取高额费用；跨月、跨学期收取大额教育培训费或以打折、优惠、送礼物、介绍生源、减免培训费等方式诱惑家长和学生等，当以上承诺无法兑现时，不法分子会人踪全无或承诺的服务大打折扣，又连续推出新的花样，致使家长、学生难以抽身，人财受损。
在此，xx县教体局提醒广大家长，学生在选择教育培训机构时把握好以下几点，以免造成不必要的损失。
1、查看培训机构有无办学许可证、知晓举办者姓名、身份证号等。

从这个节目中，我学到了许多灾害时的一些逃生方法，如：
在学校如果是在上课时发生地震，应该听从老师指挥躲到课桌底下，双手抱头闭上眼睛，以免受到伤害，适当的`时候听从指挥往安全通道迅速疏散。
2.如果在家时发生地震，应关上煤气，并找较大较轻的物品护住全身，千万不可以跳楼，只能躲到床底或墙角等不易倒塌，不被砸伤的地方躲避。
3.如果地震时被震物积压在底下时，要尽量找东西顶住震物，以免余震使震物再次倒塌，在震物底下要寻找食物.水等补充体力，并通过硬物敲击发出求救声，但千万不可以乱动，以免震物倒塌。
这些是政府请避震专家对中小学生进行安全教育的内容和方法。
除此之外，专家还补充了一点，就是关于火灾时的一些逃生方法：
火灾时要迅速逃跑，不要贪恋财物，保住性命要紧，如室外着火封住了房门，应用湿被单堵住门缝，防止烟雾攻入房屋。
2.如室内着火，应关上煤气，打开窗用手电筒或通过大喊向楼下的人求救，还可以用湿衣被结成绳索栓在坚固物上顺其往没有着火的楼层爬下逃生。
这些是我从节目中学到的自救方法，从这些方法，我还联想到了溺水自救方法：
1.如不慎落入水中，应脱掉鞋子，头向后仰，尽量屏住呼吸，使身体浮出水面，并双手轻轻向岸边划去。
2.如看见有人溺水，不能盲目营救，应向路人求救，以免下水救人连自己也不慎溺水。
比起盲目逃生，这些方法是最佳方法，起码有一线生机，希望同学们遇到上面情况时，一定不要慌张，按照上面的方法去做，这样就可以减少在灾难中的伤亡了。
