谈起价值观，很多人觉得这个话题很飘渺，很难用语言来描述，甚至有些人根本不知道何为价值观。价值观其实是指一个人对周围的客观事物（包括人、事、物）的意义、重要性的总评价和总看法。一个人的价值观是从出生开始，在家庭和社会的影响下，逐步形成的。每个人都是在各自的价值观的引导下，形成不同的价值取向，追求着各自认为最有价值的东西。
古语有云：“人固有一，或轻于鹅毛，或重于泰山。”这其实就是一种个人价值观的表现方式。同样的事情，在不同人眼里，会根据价值观而给予不同的判断与评价，甚至在根本上决定了一个人的思想与生活。
一个人的理想和价值，要靠自己的追求来实现。从小事做起，从现在做起是实现理想和自身价值的基础。我不想谈空泛的理论，也没有过高的奢望。我的价值观其实很简单，认认真真、默默无闻地做好每一天的事，尽职尽责、诚心诚意地干好每一件份内份外之事。用自己的知识和能力去创造财富，为我关心的人带来欢乐，而不是为了得到最大化的财富而挥霍生命。我想，如果每个人都在平凡的岗位上实现好普通的价值，那么，无数个平凡就铸成了伟大，无数个普通就铸成了非常。
作为一名窗口一线的年轻税务干部，平时会接触到各种不同素质的纳税人，总会遇到这样的矛盾。有些纳税人由于不了解相关制度规定或者由于缺乏相关材料，导致不能办理相关涉税事宜，从而把火气撒在办税人员身上，产生一些过激的行为。同时系统内部和外部监督不断加强以及工作量与日俱增，我们感受的压力不断增加。在这种情况下，如果没有正确的价值观指导，就很容易出现抱怨，不满等等不良情绪。确立积极向上的核心价值观，发挥价值观对日常工作的感召和指引作用，培养求真务实、爱岗敬业、勇挑重担、开拓创新的工作作风，真正实现个人价值。
“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨”，我们要能担当重任，就必须在艰苦的环境中砥砺思想，磨练意志，增长才干。江泽民同志曾经强调：“把年轻干部放到关键岗位、艰苦环境和情况复杂、矛盾突出、困难较多的地方去锻炼和培养，对他们的提高和成熟很有好处”。年轻干部如果不知艰苦，不经摔打，很可能成为温室里的花朵，是经不起风浪的。作为年轻干部，树立正确的价值观，靠自己的工作努力和突出的业绩赢得领导和同事的信服和认可。首先在学习上，要有刻苦钻研的精神，宁肯牺牲娱乐和休息时间，也要坚持持之以恒地学习，积极参加各种岗位技能竞赛和。其次在工作上，要有爱岗敬业的精神，要克服急躁情绪和得过且过的敷衍态度，做到干一行爱一行，立足基层扎根基层，踏踏实实干好每一项工作，而不能眼高手低，拈轻怕重。把完成任务与岗位成才结合起来，敢于承担更艰巨的`工作任务，敢于向困难挑战。
岗位可以平凡，环境可以艰苦，生命可以短暂，但是我们的生命不可以不精彩！我们不能让环境艰苦所给我们带来的郁闷迷茫占据自己生命的全部，对所谓的理想信念嗤之以鼻。在艰苦的环境中，我们更需要拼搏进取精神，更需要我们立足本职岗位来创造我们生命的辉煌。人一旦丧失理想、丧失信念、丧失目标、丧失责任、丧失对工作的热情和激情那是可怕的，终将会走向堕落而一事无成。我追求的是用自己能力创造出的价值能给社会带来正面效应，哪怕是微不足道的作用，也能让我觉得非常有意义，有成就感。从自身做起，充实自己，改变自己，才有能力为其他人造福，而不是用满心埋怨来消磨意志。有这样一句话，“求真务实和谐创新、激情奉献”。这也正是我行为处事的基本准则。我相信在核心价值观的合理引导与自身价值观的有机结合下，能够不断克服困难，越过沟壑，淌过激流，让人生向更美好的方向发展前进。
