记得那是一个闷热的下午，爷爷带我到游泳中心去学游泳，一到游泳中心里面，我看到清澈见底的池水，真是又害怕又惊喜，于是我就小心翼翼地爬到了池水中，可是我是个“旱鸭子”怎么办呢？还是爷爷有办法，只见他从游泳中心借了一块木板放到我的下巴下面，借助木板的浮力，我浮了起来，我感到很好玩，于是两条腿在水里拼命地乱蹬，手也乱划，可是想不到的是，不管我怎么游，人只能在原处打转转，或是稍微向前进了一点点，漫漫地我失去了信心，正当我不想再游泳的时候，一旁的`爷爷鼓励我说：“人做事不能半途而废，失败是成功之母，你才第一次学呢，没有这么快就学会的。”爷爷的话鼓起了我的勇气，在爷爷的帮助下，我经过反复练习，终于初步学会了自由泳。
游泳是一项最好的全身运动，它不仅能消除人的一身疲劳，而且还能消暑呢，我太爱游泳了
