还记得小时候，自己不懂事，内裤穿在泳裤里便下水了，弄得父母哭笑不得，“不经一事，不长一智”经由此事，让我格外注意穿着的细节。去年，妈妈带我去学游泳，使我从一只旱鸭子摇身成为能能在水中自在悠“游”的海龟，不只学会自救的方法，更可以在班上的游泳课一展所长。
正因如此，内心也感到越游越有成就感，尤其是过明师指点后，我也是班上数一数二的游泳好手呢！透过游泳的训练，无形中上课时的学习精神比以前更专注，体能状况比起从前都不运动时也更好，甚至连身高也长高了不少，可见游泳是一件对身心健康都十分有帮助的运动。
游泳课对我而言不仅是技能的.学习，也是知识的学习，让身为学生的我明白，面对不同形式的课程，更应该秉持努力勤学的态度。

自从有了网络，我们的生活质量就渐渐随之改变。
先说通讯：自古以来，我们的通讯就不大方便：原始时期的“叫喊、吼声”，然后是有了文字与语言出现了的“飞鸽传书”，直至后来的电报通信。每一步都是历史性的创新。现在，我们几乎人人都有手机，家家都有电脑。有事打个电话、发个短信，事情就解决了。而这些都与网络有关，没了网络该有多大的不便！
当然，有了网络，工作也快捷了。
首先，办公用的资料不会占地方，没有的再百度，怕忘记再保存在电脑里，实在不行添一个备份；如若客户在较远的地方，还可以视频，不必担忧；想要的东西还可以网购，不怕再怕没有，不必再有担忧。
对于我们这些学生，网络可以辅助：资料、问题都可百度。偶尔关注微博、QQ，空暇时还可娱乐、休闲。
但是网络不是只有“利”，他也有一些弊端。
不少人沉迷网络：公交车上总有几个人低着头在摆弄手机，成了所谓的“低头族”；网吧中不少青年通宵打电玩，导致猝；学生们过度沉迷网络，而误入歧途；由于网络的诱惑，大部分人导致近视。
虽说学生有着家长在限制，网吧也有国家施行的限制（未成年人），但是这种情况并未有多大缓解，不让我们接触网络也无法实行。现在，网络几乎不能与我们分离……
网络，很现代；但是，现代总会有弊端。

我个人是觉得上网课没什么学习效果，上网课，老师在线直播辅导各同学，但是人数多，老师又不能每一个人都顾及得到，每个人的问题不一样，只能挑重点讲。一个人在房间里学习，没有在学校教室里学习氛围好。作息时间混乱，晚上熬夜，晚睡觉，预定多个闹钟。早上起来打完卡接着睡。上网课老师不能面对面教导，许多同学都是敷衍了事。老师与同学之间缺乏互动，对于学习好求者可能受益匪浅，但是对于厌倦学习者，学习上没有一点效果，需要老师面对面教导，当面监督学习情况。
