we left home quite early in order to avoid the traffic jam.about two hours later, we came to a nice place. it was near a river. we put our bicycles under the trees and went swimming. it was a very hot day. the water was very refreshing.
after having a swim, we had lunch in the cool shade under the trees. then we went for a walk. we didn't come back home until the night fell.

在蛤蟆先生和苍鹭的咨询沟通中，涉及了“儿童状态”、“父母状态”和“成人状态”三个名词。“儿童状态”是指人对父母或其他人一直产生依赖情感，在面对、处理事务时运用自儿童时代形成的方式方法。儿童状态还分为“自然型儿童状态”和“适应型儿童状态”，后者是在幼小儿童时期为了在强者父母手下生存而形成的一种状态。处在“父母状态”的人会经常性以强者、教育者的姿态对待他人，“挑剔型父母状态”则会用指责、批评教育的方式，我觉得处在这种状态的男性用现在流行词来形容就是“爹味十足”；而“养育型父母”是用“我是为你好”的态度对待他人。“成人状态”相较于前两者来说，是指能控制情绪、运用思考能力、理智地待人接物。未发生这一切前的蛤蟆先生处在“适应型儿童状态”中，因为他的父亲一直以“挑剔型父母状态”对待他,而他的父亲去世后，蛤蟆先生的朋友獾（huan）也是处在“挑剔型父母状态”的人,所以蛤蟆先生一直被这种爱挑刺、指责他人的人包围。在接受了苍鹭先生咨询和帮助后的蛤蟆先生，理清自己的过往经历和情绪，将自己调整到“成人状态”，改变了从前对工作的看法，唤起了对朋友的关心和兴趣。
苍鹭在咨询过程中通过询问、引导蛤蟆先生思考、回顾过往经历的方式，让我联想到Steve（史秀雄）在他的播客里提及的课业故事。Steve说他有一门学科的考核不是考试，是交一份论文，论文主题很特别，要求学生回顾自己出生以后的经历并将这些经历写成论文。我当时听到这段的时候，就觉得很别致，也产生了写写自己的人生经历的想法，然后这也就是想法，至今没有动笔。不过后来我会在发呆的'间隙里回忆回忆之前发生的一些事情，结合当下自己处理事情的态度或方式，发现过往种种经历对我现在的影响是有迹可循的。弗洛伊德主张的“原生家庭对人一生的影响”是真实的，但阿德勒提倡的“创造性自我即人可以有目的的生活，有机会选择自己的生活方式”也是合理的。从蛤蟆先生的经历中，读者可以发现这两个理论共存且不矛盾。
书的后半段提到“自证预言”，关于这个概念我在《沟通的艺术》这本书里也看到过。什么叫“自证预言”呢？苍鹭举的例子是：如果蛤蟆先生认为日子过得很糟糕，今天很难过，晚上喝了酒，大醉；第二天早上起来就会头痛欲裂、全身不得劲，这一天会继续觉得糟糕。如此往复下去，就会像最初“预言”一样，日子真的很糟糕。细想之下，“自证预言”带有一定的心理暗示，潜意识中想法和态度会间接影响到人的行为，这样就彷佛冥冥之中命有定数一般，预言成真了。如此看来，鸡汤文里提倡的“每天清晨给自己一个微笑”、“对自己说你真棒”这些观点，还真有一定的效果。
我特别喜欢阅读过程中发现在读的书里内容和以往读过的书、看过的文章、观过的影视之间存在千丝万缕的关联。虽然有着种种联系是正常且合理的，但当我自己发现这些相似点后会收获微妙的成就感和喜悦，有一种画面感：在我的脑海里，各种乱糟糟记住的东西慢悠悠、颤巍巍地伸出一根细线，链接在一起，接着知识地图一点点的显露出轮廓。这样的发现也让我之前因为“读过书却无法写出满意的读后感”、“读过书后记不住具体语句与内容”、或者“无法向他人介绍我读过的书籍”这些情况，产生我读了书却什么都无法获得的焦虑感得到缓解。
《蛤蟆先生去看心理医生》这本书的人物设定是沿用英国作家肯尼斯格雷厄姆的童话书《柳林风声》里的人物，因为前者在书里提及了蛤蟆先生一段偷车、入狱、逃狱等惊险刺激的经历，可都是一笔带过，于是这勾起了我的好奇心，准备之后阅读《柳林风声》一探究竟。巧的是，在新关注的公众号里有一篇文章中，作者晓雪引用了《柳林风声》中的一段话：“文学、童话，在逻辑上都是写的另一种生活。尤其是文学里的童话，是鼓励着人们不要只在真实的生活中来回徘徊，看尽琐碎，那实在是很容易日渐狭小，日渐短浅，日渐猥琐。”我很是喜欢，这不也是阅读的妙处吗？
