1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。
I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"
3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。
修改后：
The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。
"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。
"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。
"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"
And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。
When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。

2016年1月6日下午，我社区组织居民观看了北京电视台播出的“2015北京榜样”颁奖典礼。颁奖典礼通过视频小片、故事讲述、现场采访等形式，生动再现了十大“北京榜样”的榜样事迹，真挚的话语，感人的场面，深深的感染着每一位居民。
十大“北京榜样”人物里涵盖了助人为乐、见义勇为、热心公益、助人为乐、勤劳节俭等类型。不仅有敬业奉献、医术精湛的医生黎晓新，也有普通的“的哥”李国福;还有热爱义工工作的“80后”张梅，他们就生活在我们身边，他们用自己的实际行动传递着“奋发向上,崇德向善”的榜样精神，体现了中华民族的传统美德，彰显了引领时代前进的中国精神，展示了首都市民独特的人格风貌，是首都弘扬和践行社会主义核心价值观的最新成果。

20年瘫痪在床有孝女
艾宝凤，女，1960年8月出生，丰台区南苑乡居民。
29岁那年父亲双目失明4年后又得了脑栓，6年后母亲大面积脑萎缩，二老都瘫痪在床;那年艾宝凤的儿子才12岁。为看名医艾宝凤曾凌晨2点排队5点拿号为母亲扎针灸、背母亲上下六楼整整一年。多年五好职工的她放弃了自己的一切，全心照顾父母亲，二老瘫痪在床20多年，至今未得过褥疮。
在绿色事业里追寻迷失的诚信
刘红，女，1973年9月出生，北京绿蜻蜓特色果蔬产销专业合作社理事长。
刘红立志自己生产绿色蔬菜，2008年承包了40多亩地创办绿蜻蜓生态农场，吸引众多市民以会员的方式加入，分包土地和她一块种植绿色蔬菜，大家共同承诺杜绝化肥和化学农药，她还把劳动场面传到网上，消费者可以前往监督24小时开放的种养殖过程。曾有会员因菜生虫多次申请打农药，被取消了会员资格。刘红说，宁可经济损失也不改初衷。
助人为乐从“脚”开始
李镇东，男，1968年8月出生，密云县花园东社区德艺堂修脚店店主。
凭手艺从江西到北京开修脚店的李振东，免费为老年人义务修脚已经7年。除每个月到福利中心固定服务外，每逢重阳节、教师节他还为出行不便的老人和老教师上门服务;他的徒弟们也加入到义工队伍。在花园小区4000多户居民中，大约800户享受过他们的义务服务。
