论据有两大类，即事实论据和道理论据。事实论据包括有典型性、代表性的人物事迹、史实、确实的数据等，可以写得概括些，也可以写得具体些；道理论据可以是名人名言、警句、格言、俗语、民谚，以及经过了事实证明是正确的道理、定义、公理等。补写论据是近两年全国比较常见的题目，要求比较宽泛，但补写的论据必须要典型、有代表性、有说服力。要做好这类题，一定要多读书、多积累，平时还要善于观察生活。
