我决定去附近的皇山公园，因为我知道那里的树最多。我还按照题目的提示，带上了一卷3米长的丝带和一支18厘米长的水笔。来到公园，我找了一棵大樟树，妈妈说这棵樟树目测高度约有8米。哦，我明白了，目测也是一种测量方法。那么，老师让我们用的测量法应该是精确测量吧？妈妈说是的。我用3米长的`丝带围着树干绕了一圈，再用18厘米长的水笔在上面做了个记号。在不远的地方，我又看到一棵长得很特别的桂花树，它从根部分出了3根树干。我学妈妈的样子做目测：“妈妈，这棵桂花树有大樟树的一半多高，大概有5米吧？”妈妈赞同地点点头。接着，我用刚才的方法，把3根树干依次用丝带绕了一圈，并做了记号。回到家里，我用米尺的“0”刻度对准丝带的顶端，然后慢慢拉伸到我做记号的位置，得出了一组数据：樟树的树干是90厘米，桂树的树干分别是56厘米、59厘米、60厘米，桂树的三根树干的和是175厘米。
我觉得，学习测量是一件很有意思的事，在大自然中学习测量更有意思。有了妈妈的帮助，我还学到了更多的测量方法。
