Firstly, the price of the bus has been cut down, which is very important, I think. Encouraging people to take bus can solve the biggest problem--too much people.
Another way is to develop the bike rental. As we know, car is much bigger than the bike obviously. Driving a car takes up much more place than cycling. So, developing the bike rental is an absolutely correct way to prove traffic circumstances.
Besides, government also builds 4 subway lines under the central of the city and increases the number of the taxis.
In my opinion, all the action above is useful. When the actions above are all finished, the city will be more perfect.

假如我是编辑，我会认真对待所有审阅的文章，那怕有的文章显得稍显稚嫩毫无新意甚至短小得惨不忍睹，只要不是抄袭的，都要认真把文章看完，不管怎样那也是作者一番辛勤的劳动，之所以说这样的话，坦率地说，是因为我发现个别的编辑一分钟就能编发一篇甚至两篇的文章，说的好听点，是这位编辑的效率高，说的重了点，是对作者作品的不屑一顾，是一种敷衍，是对投稿者劳动成果的不尊重，也是对投稿者的不尊重。如果有过目十行的本事，那就没话说了。否则，我就不懂得那种编辑是为什么而当编辑的？也有违当初当编辑的初衷了，难道只是为了赶时间，还是只是走走场，留下自己编辑的大名，告诉别人：“我曾来过。”在我看来，这样的编辑首先没有端正自己的工作态度，即便你是无偿义务地为投稿者服务，但是做为编辑，你就应该要有编辑的责任感和态度。我们很多的投稿者都是文学爱好者，作品难免稚嫩粗糙了些，但是如果做为编辑就是这么审阅文章的话，就是以这样的态度来对待编辑工作的话，那么不客气地说，这样的编辑是不合格的。因为那么做，将大大挫伤我们投稿者的自尊，也将慢慢地熄灭我们心里对文学的热情。
假如我是编辑，我不会惜墨如金，会尽可能地给每篇文章留下编者按，那怕只是只言片语，即使只是寥寥数字诸如“支持、欣赏、加油……”之类的字眼，都会让人眼前一亮，都会让人心头一暖，仿佛打开一扇未开启的门窗有一股清新的空气迎面扑来的感觉。我不知道其他人会不会有我这样的感觉，至少我有。我还会尽可能在投稿者的文章后跟贴，发表一下自己对文章的理解和感受，分享一下作者的快乐幸福，安慰一下作者的痛苦和悲哀。或者有人会说当编辑有那么简单吗，你这是“少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁。”有那么多的时间吗？说得轻松潇洒。听过鲁讯先生这么一句话：“我是把别人喝咖啡的时间用来写作的。”所以先生那么的伟大，作品那么的震撼人心。如果我们的编辑每天里也能挤出那么一点时间的话，我想对于我们投稿者来说无疑是一种激励，其实我们的编辑在这方面已经做得不错了，大部分作品都附有编者按，也有在作者的文章后留下评论，有时一声的问好，就会让我们的心感到暖洋洋的，有时一些中肯的建议，就会让我们受益匪浅，有时一声欣赏，就会让我们倍增信心。生活原本可以很美丽，一句贴心的话语，一个微小的举动，一种善意的提示，一个暖暖的关怀，都可以让我们到一种超越喧嚣凡尘的快乐。
假如我是编辑，我会和其他编辑商议每周或每半个月开展一次写作比赛，一样的题目，不同的内容，必然会有不同的效果，同样的题目，看看别人是如何下笔的，有比较才会有进步，对于提高自己的写作水平也是大有裨益的。就如同一对双胞胎走在熙熙攘攘的人群之中特别令人关注一样，人们会对他们一模一样的外貌啧啧称道，接着就想探个究竟有没有不同的地方。文章亦是如此，同样的题目，总会让人有种好奇的心里，于是就想观看一下同样题目下不同内容风格迥异的文章。我想届时这样的文章必将成为美文站一道靓丽的风景线的。这样的尝试在好心情群内部曾经举行过，我觉得可以推而广之。
假如我是编辑，对于作者的意见和批评建议会虚心接受，记得前一段时间文章写好了，在提交的.时候遇到问题，于是在文章底下的备注栏里给编辑留言了，我也顺便提了这一情况，没多久这一问题就得到了解决，“经过技术部门工作人员连夜的调整与维护，目前提交作品出错的问题已经修复。感谢大家在今后的使用中将遇到的问题通过编辑留言及时反馈给我们，感谢大家长久以来对好心情的支持与厚爱！”这是编辑部给我们投稿者的答复，这个公告的时间是凌晨4点30分，这说明了什么呢？说明我们的编辑对于投稿者意见的重视和具有的高度的责任感，在编辑部付出努力的同时也给我们投稿者及众多的读者树立了高效良好的形象。
我不是编辑，或者无法感受他（她）们工作的辛苦和繁琐，或者见解粗浅想法幼稚，或者言语不当偏激了些，但是假如我是编辑，我会接受《假如我是编辑》里所说的这一番话的，因为我觉的那是他的肺腑之言。
我相信一定还有我这样的“好事者”有话想对我们的编辑说的，那么就让我们也来听听他（她）们的心里话吧，不管说些什么话，提些什么意见，我想都是为了一个共同的目的，那就是让我们能够在文学这块乐土上走得更好更舒坦，让我们的笑声我们的快乐都尽情地挥洒在这个乐园里。

So it is high time for us to take quick action to protect them. First of all, it's quite necessary for every citizen to realize the importance of animal protection. Only by knowing its importance can people develop a sense of responsibility. People will surely take it for granted to have the duty to prevent any killing of wild animals. So a national publicity campaign should be launched, thus giving animals a good living environment. In addition, the government should pass some laws to forbid any hunting of rare animals.
