为了避免惨祸发生，现在给你们写这封信主要是为了给你们敲响警钟。各位接送学生的驾驶员们，我们发出呼吁：做文明人，行文明路，开文明车，和谐社会需要人人付出的，为了你我他的安全，请不要违法行驶。

these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single, yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true. however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

首先感谢各位家长不辞辛苦地接送学生往返，由于学校出门就是公路，来往车辆多，加上接送学生的人和车辆也很多，致使我校校门口交通堵塞，严重影响了学生上学、放学秩序。特别是学生放学时段，大量车辆、家长聚集校门口，不仅给学生的人身安全带来了极大的安全隐患，而且严重地影响了地方形象。为了您孩子的安全，维护麦元社区良好形象，打造平安校园，根据此次“三优三评”家长座谈会意见，结合学校实际，请您全力配合学校做好交通安全整治工作，现就有关要求告知如下：
一、从20xx年4月21日（下周一）起，学校仍实行错时放学，校门口两侧不允许停放任何车辆（自行车、摩托车、电瓶车、小汽车等）。低年级同学先走，高年级同学后走。学校在校门口划定年级区域，由班主任将学生送至该区域，家长在该指定区域接自己的孩子。
二、分年级划定家长等候区。在学校门前，沿学校院墙至公路边沟为家长等候区。家长接送学生的车辆一律不得停放在该等候区，须徒步到各班指定的'区域等候。所有车辆要停放在等候区外，选择固定位置，有序停放，不得堵塞交通。
三、保持校门口通道的畅通。送孩子上学，请不要将车辆停放在校门口或直接进入校园，要让出一条通道，不要拥堵；放学时，校门口也不要站人，请您在规定的区域耐心等候，更不要在校门口围观、看热闹。
四、为了学生的安全，如无特殊情况，家长不要进入校园，如果情况特殊需要进入的，必须取得班主任和门卫同意后方可进入。

你们好！根据市公安局、教育局联合下发《关于印发<xx市开展学生接送车辆安全隐患集中排查整治行动方案>的通知》（x公发【20xx】92 号）、《关于印发<xx省中小学、幼儿园接送学生车辆管理办法>的通知》（x公发【20xx】315 号）等文件精神，为进一步加强中小学幼儿园接送学生车辆的安全管理，强化机动车驾驶人员的安全意识和安全运营行为，确保接送学生车辆的`安全运行，特向广大司机朋友提出如下工作要求，请严格遵照执行：
1、驾驶人应当具备以下条件：①持有相应准驾车型驾驶证 3 年上；②3 年内未发生过致人伤亡交通责任事故、没有记满 12 分记录、没有饮酒和酒后驾驶记录。
2、学校专用校车和承租运输公司的非专用校车，要符合《机动车运行安全技术条件》（GB7258-2004）第 2 号修改单规定的标准、《校车标示》（GB2415-20xx ）和《专用小学生校车安全技术条件》（GB24407-2009）标准。
3、坚决杜绝使用非法改装、拼装等不符合标准的车辆接送学生；严谨低速载货汽车、三轮车、拖拉机等非法客运机动车接送学生。

5、对家长合租的接送学生车辆驾驶员要主动到辖区部门接受交通安全宣传教育。
