通过学校“红领巾广播站”的宣传，我了解到全球气候正逐步变暖，为了缓解温室效应，人们开始倡导“低碳生活”。所谓“低碳生活”就是减少二氧化碳的`排放，选择无污染的健康生活方式，主要从节电、节水、节油、节气等点滴小事做起。
说到节约用电，实在有些不好意思，因为以前我总认为电是取之不尽、用之不竭的，想怎么用就怎么用。直到有一次，城里电网由于负荷太大长时间停电，面对众多罢工的电器谁都束手无措，这才让我真正体会到电的可贵。听妈妈说，我们这里靠火力发电，付出的代价非常大，要烧掉好多好多的煤，不仅消耗资源，而且污染环境。可以说每一度电都是来之不易的。我小小的心灵受到前所未有的触动，于是开始留意科学用电的好方法。
功夫不负有心人。瞧，现在我掌握的小窍门多着呢！例如：可以换成节能灯，注意随手关灯；所有电器不用的时候拔掉插销；空调温度不要调得太低；冰箱要及时清理，尽量少放东西，减少打开冰箱门的次数和时间……这些金点子我无偿地送给你，让我们一起节约用电吧！
水是生命之源。今年我国西南遭遇的旱灾，再次为人们敲响环保节水的警钟。我也在心里轻轻问自己——每天刷牙、洗澡、涂肥皂的时候，还一直开着水龙头吗？当浪费了水，还认为“只不过几块钱而已，没关系”吗？再看到水管漏水，我该怎么办？看到有人往河里倒垃圾，又该怎么做？
有句广告说得好：“如果人类再不节约用水，地球上最后一滴水将是人的眼泪。”为了不让这个悲剧发生，我们要珍爱每一滴水。比如把水龙头开小一些，洗完后关紧水龙头；洗涮时少用清洁剂，减少水污染；生活用水要一水多用，淘米水可以浇花，漂洗衣服的水可以冲厕所……节约用水需要每个人、每代人坚持不懈地努力。人人爱护水，节约水，反对浪费水，污染水。这样，大自然才能与我们和谐相处。
此外低碳生活方式还有很多，如纸张双面使用；不用或少用一次性的筷子、饭盒、塑料袋；使用竹篮、布袋；重拾手帕，少用纸巾；减少粮食的浪费；尽量步行、骑自行车或乘公交车出行……
总之，地球只有一个，她需要我们共同爱护！让我们从身边的小事做起，珍惜资源，降低能耗，走近低碳，让我们的生活更加美好吧！

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
