第二天数学课上，陈老师问我们谁能讲一下“解方程意义”，顿时，全班鸦雀无声。这时我高高等举起手，胸有成竹地站起来回答提问，全班六十多双眼睛刷的一下盯过来。在我流利的回答完方程的作用和意义，陈老师立即竖起大拇指，一边和全班同学鼓掌，一边激动地说：“邱一扬真棒！给大家讲讲你是怎么做到的！”我大胆地介绍主动预习，提前自学的经过和学习。之后，陈老师大力倡导我们认真预习，同时我也经常被老师视作积极预习的榜样。我暗下决心一定要好好学习，争当“学霸”，真正成为大家学习的榜样，以优异的成绩报答老师。在老师的'不断鼓励下，一向沉默寡言的我，忽然变成班上的活跃分子，听讲认真，举手回答问题争先恐后，成绩突飞猛进。正是陈老师那次及时的肯定和鼓励，给了我信心和力量，让我看到了希望。
其实，我们的每一点小小的进步，老师都看在眼里记在心里，他们呕心沥地培育着我们这些小树苗，期待我们健康成长，早日成为祖国的栋梁之才。老师的良苦用心，我们不能辜负！这件往事让我明白了不少道理，它激励我不断成长进步，让我终生难忘！

今天，我写完作业，就去到楼下练习跳绳。一下楼，我就碰到了二年级十班的庄智涵小朋友，我们就一起开始练绳，练了一会，妈妈就给我们计时了，我一分钟竟然可以跳127个。
昨天晚上，我得计时跳成绩是一分钟106个，妈妈说我今天进步很大，这主要是我今天在学校里努力练习的结果，我非常高兴，我明天还要继续努力练习跳绳，我也要开始练前挽花，希望能跳得很好。
