今天上午，我在火炬学校参加了青少年英语比赛，我怀着紧张的心情，走进了考场。
比赛之前，监考老师讲完规则后，每人发了三张试卷，其中一张答题卡，两张题目，铃声一响，比赛正式开始。
环节一：听力和默写。考生们纷纷拿出笔，做好了听写准备，监考老师在上面报单词，每个报两遍，考生在下面默写，过十几秒继续下一个单词。考生们都聚精会神在下面听和写，一个字也不说，安静得连考生的呼吸声都能听见，时间过得很快，不一会儿第一环节结束了。
环节二：笔试。第一题是选则题，我觉得比较简单，紧张的心情稍稍放松了一些。轻松的答题，很快便答完了。第二题是根据已知的问句用英语写答句，我看了很久，有点懵了，因为问句我看都看不懂，又没人问，根本做不出，结束铃声响了，到最后不得已放弃。
我真希望这次比赛能取得好成绩!

一放暑假，我和妈妈就进入了“备战”状态。不断地改进“作战计划”——准备演讲故事，并让老师过目修改，让句子更流畅，让内容更精彩。精心挑选“装备”——在网上购买服装道具，为了在演讲时让故事更生动活泼。
7月15日，“战争”的号角吹响了，我也“重装”上阵，蓄势待发。
第一场“战役”，才艺表演：唱歌、跳舞、书画、二胡、小提琴、快板，真是八仙过海各显神通。我的快板表演也极富创意，具有中国特色。
第二场“战役”，看图即兴编故事：图片随机抽取，选手只有一分钟准备时间。在那一分钟里，我的大脑高速运转，玩命地搜索英文单词，紧张的心情并没有打扰我的比赛。
第三场“战役”，关键词故事演讲：选手们各出奇招，表现超凡。我“全副武装”，化身头戴草帽的白胡子老爷爷，手拿人偶，又说又唱，十分完美地演绎了故事内容。
“战后”，我取得了二等奖。“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。”想拿第一，还得勤学苦练。

歌唱台可漂亮了！两边有两个大音箱，还被植物缠绕着呢！大音箱中间有一块红色大木板，上面写着森林歌唱比赛。大木板上面是一个大屏幕。鹦鹉在台上郑重地说：我宣布，第37届森林歌唱会现在开始！台下爆发出激烈的.掌声。首先上场的是上一届的冠军，凤凰！台下再次响起掌声。凤凰的声音时而高昂，时而低沉再加上她那身鲜艳夺目的羽毛，使人如痴如醉。突然，凤凰停止了歌唱，原来是凤凰忘了歌词。台下观众为她惋惜。当然，因为其它鸟也不练，所以唱的也不过如此。小麻雀和乌鸦上场了，观众们有的吹起口哨起哄，有的议论纷纷，他们也能得奖？但这并没有伤害到小麻雀和乌鸦的自信心和发挥。当她们婉转的歌声响起时，观众们仿佛沉浸在幻想和梦境中。
比赛结束时，鹦鹉在台上说：现在公布冠军！台下投来期待的目光。她们是全场人屏住呼吸。小麻雀和乌鸦！！全场掌声雷动。经过千辛万苦，她们终于得了冠军。不用细说，她们肯定高兴得合不拢嘴呢！
