今天给大家说一部我看了好多遍的电影《肖申克的救赎》，这部电影是好评度很高的电影，在很长的时间里在电影排行榜占据第一位，我看第一遍的时候，完全是懵着看完的，后来每隔一段时间，经历一些事情，然后就会回过头来再看一遍这个电影，每次都能领悟到不同的东西，每看一遍，心态就会发生一次变化。
先说一下这个电影讲的是什么，男一号安迪被人冤枉了自己的妻子及其情夫而入狱，他从入狱开始一个月时间，不乱打交道，静静观察，选择了最有价值的瑞德，开始接近，因为兴趣购买了鹤嘴锤，无意中发现墙体很松，于是预备着越狱，后来有意图的展露才华，谋取地位，以正当的理由写信，建立一份新的人物档案，一手替狱长洗钱，钱该去哪他一清二楚，一直为自己准备着越狱后的事。最细节的地方在于，他越狱前准备了肥皂，狱长的衣服鞋子，提前准备了防水塑料袋，这是直接在河里洗澡换上衣服，出去就是成功人士，即使被别人看到，也不会联想到这人刚从牢里逃出来，几乎一点线索没有留下。主角除了高智商，有知识外，最厉害的，是坚持不懈，心思缜密，不急不躁，一丝不苟，整整准备了十九年。
在每个人的心中，都有着一座牢笼，这座牢笼，看不见，摸不着，但它却会随着各种负能量而将你的的心牢牢囚禁于无形之中，当你发觉时，为时已晚，只能是望乱外世界而兴叹了。解铃还需系铃人，若要打破这座牢笼，坚定不移的方向是极为重要的。安迪曾是个普通人，但他完成了伟大的救赎。我们为何就不能坚定自己的航向呢，我们经常说胜利者，往往是心灵的强者，这些心灵的强者，就是象安迪一样永不放弃，一步一步走出自己精彩的人生的，我

One possible version：
The summer holiday is coming. Our class have had a discussion about what to do during the holiday. Some are in favor of staying at home. They think it’s both convenient and comfortable. What’s more, they can save money for other purposes. But they will lose the chance of getting to know the outside world.
However, others prefer to go out for traveling since it can increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons. But they will spend more money and meet some difficulties while traveling.
In my opinion, it would be much better to stay at home, for I can do what I like, such as reading books, watching TV, and helping my parents with the housework.
