“细节”决定课堂效果。冉乃彦老师在语文课堂上进行《坐井观天》的朗读时，，一位同学的朗读方法是让同学大吃一惊，他故意结结巴巴地念道：“天天天---不不不过---井井口---那么大”，引得大家哄堂大笑。一个同学小声说：“他就爱捣乱。”不过，老师没有生气，而是好奇地问：“你的朗读非常特别，你能说说这样朗读的理由吗？那位学生说：”我想这只青蛙长久呆在井里，很少与别人交流，天长日久，一定变得结结巴巴……”
我没有机会聆听这样精彩的课，但是，我已经被深深地感动，感谢这位老师及时捕捉了这位学生的创意朗读，并巧妙地抓住这一种契机引导学生深入理解课文，很好地诠释了新课标中提出的要培养学生的创造性。只有在课堂教学的过程中，始终坚持“以学生的发展”为本，就不会把学生的创造性思考和标新立异地行为看作是捣乱，相反，还可以从中挖掘积极的因素，帮助学生在纷乱无章的信息中获得健康成长的信息，我想，这样的课一定能够像四季一样在孩子的心灵中播下春天健康的种子。
教师的\'成长从推敲细节开始。山东淄博的熊雪芸老师在教学《灯光》一文时，首先设计了这样的一个提问：“同学们，到了夜晚，你认为最需要的是什么？在都市的夜色中，最辉煌的景象是什么，是灯光，灯光，它不仅仅起着照明的作用，它的多彩多姿，更使人赏心悦目，它的出现为我们的生活，带来了辉煌美丽的色彩，赋予温馨的气氛，现代文明的气息；灯光，还意味着开发，意味着繁荣， 意味着经济的活跃，意味着现代生活节奏的加快。这样的灯光是多么撩人。可是你们知道王愿坚写的故事《灯光》讲述的是一种什么意义的灯光吗？”请同学边读边想，并加上自己的联想和想像。”学生在老师的引导下，运用多种朗读方式展开阅读，在老师的适时点播下，学生结合课文有关的人、事、景、物、情和理进行了合理大胆的想像。由此可见，熊老师“导之以标”，才会“思之有序”，就像华罗庚教授所说：“教师为之教，不再全盘授予，而在相机引导，必令学生运其才智，勤其练习，领悟之源广开。纯熟之功弥深，乃善教也。”
这不仅是我想到在自己的实践课堂中的一幕：董蓓菲教授为我们量身订做的写作工作坊有“写作清单”一列，列“写作清单”的依据；列“写作清单”目的；“写作清单”的指导意义；“写作清单”编写；“写作清单”与学生的小组合作学习如何结合……它关系到学生能否正确把握本篇作文的知识点，关系到学生能否对同伴的学习给予充分地肯定和评价，以及评价的依据。由此可见，仔细推敲课堂教学中的每一个细小的环节，将决定一节的成功与失败。一节课中精彩的教学环节的设计，同样体现了一个教师在课堂教学过程中体现出来的睿智和聪慧。
这真是一本好书，在它的启发下，我努力地在为我的学生设计一节节难忘语文课，希望将来他们会说：我最喜欢语文课。语文课就像四季一样美丽动人。
