燕岭初中部
为培养学生的写作兴趣，切实提升学生的语文综合素养，为学生提供展示自我的舞台；丰富学生的校园生活；展现教师作文教学的成果。我校初中部进行了一次现场作文比赛活动，各班推选了三名学生参加活动。这次活动，不但是对学生作文能力、作文水平的一次检验，而且也是对初中部各班平时是如何进行作文教学情况的一次检阅。下面，从以下几个方面加以总结。
一、提前通知、安排到位。
在赛前一周，我专门下发了有关此次作文比赛的通知，并在业务学习的会议上强调了注意事项。各班接到通知后，迅速按要求组织学生进行了选拔，推选了三学生参加活动。
二、现场出题、现场作文。
10月29日（星期二）第五节课，各班参赛同学在会议室进行了现场作文比赛。作文命题分为七年级、八年级、九年级组。学生作文时书写在学校统一打印的作文纸上，时间为40分钟，大多数学生在规定的时间内能顺利地完成。在学生习作完成后，我们组织评审老师及时对学生的习作进行了评阅，评出了一、二、三等奖。对所有的获奖作文，并对获奖学生给予了鼓励。
三、比赛中呈现的优点
学生能做到凸显主题、文字优美。参赛学生的习作，都能紧扣题意进行习作，学生都能在规定的时间内完成审题、立意、选材、作文，做到文从句顺，语言优美。
四、需要改进的不足：
本次习作竞赛，反映了我校作文教学取得的成绩，但也看到了教学中所存在的问题。
1．缺乏新意，较少出现新颖独特的作文。我们的老师也应积极鼓励孩子们在习作时写出新意，写出自己的个性，避免再重复那些老掉牙的套路和思维方式。
2、平时要培养学生善于观察生活，从生活中获取营养，来充实我们的作文类容。
3、尽管参赛学生都是每个班级的尖子生，但个别同学的书写情况并不乐观，书写不规范，作文的基本格式不正确。这不能不引起我们语文教师的重视和深。
“兴趣是孩子最好的老师。”为了激发孩子们写作的兴趣，提高写作水平，语文教师应该多想一些办法，多给学生提供一些展示自我的机会，给学生搭建施展才能的平台，那么孩子们的作文水平一定会有长足的提高。

——黄骅市二中八年级作文竞赛
为提高学生的写作能力，让文学爱好者有一个自我展示的平台，八年级语文组于五月二十三日下午第四节课组织本年组进行了作文竞赛。参赛选手由本班选拔推荐，每班两名同学。竞赛地点设置在实验楼多媒体教室。
作文题目是以“第二次——”为题写一篇文章，参赛的18歌班级的36名选手在规定时间内完成了自己的作品。他们态度严谨认真，热情积极。
评委老师从36篇作品中筛选出了18篇优秀作品。其中一等奖3名，二等奖6名，三等奖9名，优秀作文在校园内展出。具体名单如下：

满屋的水晶灯的光彩之美，不因其一盏的光彩夺目，却是在灯光相映间尤显璀璨，孤立看事物固然各有其美，却永远也难以感知整体映衬的恢弘磅礴。高山流水，因答谢知音而分外动听;运斤成风，失去惠氏的庄子徒然留下“吾无与言之矣”的怆然;盘踞山顶的黄鹤楼，不仅是其形制的美，更是三山半落，二水中分的雄奇之景的映衬，与历代文人墨客的舞文弄墨的掩映，使其流传到今天。映衬之美，是一种整体之美，它在独立的花朵间积聚了宝光，于无声处迸发出惊人的美丽。
“春江潮水连海平，海上明月共潮生，滟滟随波千万里，何处春江无月明?”那时的春江花月，留给后人无尽的遐思和怀想。江夜因花月明而更显美感，抑或其有各自独立之美，只需要一颗审美之心，于独立中见映衬，于映衬中看见独立，方能真正梦回那个如梦似幻的华美时代，而这一切皆是源于身心的体悟。
“我们汲汲以求生之美的同时，倘若过分倔强于生，反而恰可能背离了我们生之大美。”映衬与独立各有其美，正如三岛由纪夫所述，何必倔强偏执于一，生和的和谐方是真正的大美。
