“多么可恶的蜘蛛！”农夫吃惊地叫了一声，吓得跳到一边去了。
“谁敢动我，我就咬谁！”毒蜘蛛威胁着农夫，发出咝咝叫声。它跃跃欲试地张大嘴巴。“蠢家伙，你要明白，只要被我咬着，就会有致命的危险，在极度的痛苦中抽搐一会儿，就会去。不要靠近我，否则你会倒霉的！”
但是，农夫心里明白，尽管蜘蛛吹牛撒谎，其实它是过高地估计了自己的力量。农夫向后退了一步，鼓起力气，光着脚板向毒蜘蛛狠命踩去，说道：“你嘴上说得挺吓人，而实际上怎么样呢？我倒要领教领教，你能不能把我咬！”
在生命的`最后一瞬，毒蜘蛛仍然把压在它身上的脚掌咬了一口。不知是农夫坚信蜘蛛的威胁不过是吹牛撒谎，还是他脚掌长满了厚茧，除了像轻轻挨了一下蜇之外，他没有任何别的感觉。

“结核病”，这个词语对于我们小学生来说似乎十分陌生、遥远。但大家都不知道，这个“隐形手”随时都有可能侵入我们的身体。许多年来肆虐人们的结核病，又重出“江湖”，故伎重演地威胁起人们的健康了。
结核病被人们称为“白色瘟疫”，它是一种具有强烈传染性的疾病。发病不受年龄、性别、种族、职业、地区的影响，人体的许多器官都在受着结核病地威胁。结核病的传染90%以上是通过呼吸道传染的，结核病人通过咳嗽、打喷嚏，带有结核菌的飞沫喷出体外，健康人吸入后而被感染，就成了结核病。
总的说来肺结核是一种慢性传染性疾病。刚开始因症状轻微的患者没有什么不适，一般不引起注意。只有在病情进展迅速时才出现症状。有的人抵抗力很差，感染结核菌的菌量大，毒力强，那么症状会非常明显，导致自己全身不适，发热，乏力，心烦意乱，食欲差，时间长了体重还会下降。可以说，它的危害性是十分大的。
我的姑父是一位医生，他告诉我：“在几十年前，如果得了肺结核，那就等于得了不治之症。随着医学的发展，现在结核病是可以预防和治疗的了。就像你刚出生的时候打的卡介苗就是预防结核病的。”
知道了什么是结核病，那我们就应该了解怎样预防结核病。肺结核的预防首先是要及时发现病人。平时要自觉养成良好卫生习惯，不随地吐痰；房间内要经常开窗通气，保持空气清新；接种卡介苗，以防结核病人的传染；以及开展适量的体育运动，增强个人体质。这样才会减少结核病的发病率。
结核病是由结核杆菌的传播而进行传染的。结核杆菌不能耐受湿热，在潮湿的情况下，95℃的温度下，只要1分钟就会亡。因此结核杆菌耐寒冷、耐干热，但不能耐受湿热。 所以，对于结核病人使用过的耐热物最简便的方法就是煮沸消毒。而书籍、棉被等的消毒不能用水煮沸，就可在阳光下晒或用紫外线灯消毒。病人接触过的物品以及病人使用过的物品，如果不可以加热消毒，又不可以日光照射消毒的，可用酒精消毒。许多化学物品，如碳酸、双氧水、碘酒、酒精，都能将结核杆菌。总之，对肺结核病人使用过的食具和生活用品要采取相应的消毒措施，坚持消毒，杜绝传染源的传播，更好的治疗结核病。
我觉得，结核病并没有那么可怕。重要的是我们应该正确地认识它，了解它，不让它在人群中传播，这样才能跟结核病说“拜拜”！

In addition, health education also plays a key role in improving people’s health. By giving people more information about health, countries could help people understand the importance of disease prevention and ways to achieve it.
