Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.
We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look. The following days, we went to the Summer Palace, Tian Tan, North Lake and Xiang Hill. I now know more about the history of China. I also like modern Beijing. The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing.
Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing. I like this trip!

我玩过很多个旅游胜地，其中给我印象最深的是首都——北京！今年暑假，我怀着崇敬、愉快的心情随奶奶、爸爸、妈妈乘动车来到北京。
第一天，我来到“万里长城”，到了那里，我感叹不已，和电视上一模一样。正好那天起了大雾还有点小雨，所以我们做缆车到了“好汉坡”，我爬了一会，感觉那儿的路太抖，我要爸爸扶着，才上了去，爸爸给我拍了几张留念照，我们就原路返回了。中午我们去全聚德吃了北京烤鸭，也算是吃了个特产吧！
下午，我们来到了国庆阅兵检阅的地方，也是全世界最大的广场——天安门广场，这里人山人海。往后走是故宫，据说是有九十九间半的房子，我在那里根本没心思看任何东西，因为我的双脚根本走不动。
大家都知道2008年奥运会吧？那届奥运会的主场馆就是鸟巢，我们走进那里，我还骑了一辆双轮车，感受到了运动员的辛苦。
来到水立方，我看到了游泳场馆，还有几个运动员正在练习呢！
全国著名大学——清华大学展现在我的眼前，我们参观了一下，妈妈告诉我：要努力学习，长大到这样的学校上学。我把这句话铭记在心，决心要好好学习。
首都北京真让我流连忘返呀！真不愧是首都，我喜欢这样美的景点！比“桂林山水甲天下”还要举世闻名的多呢！

前两日，我们参观了古代帝王家祭祀与议事之地。如果说前两日所到之处为政治之地，那今日我们便要前往军事要地——长城！
对，没错，就是八达岭长城。一座天关，一座曾抵御万千外敌的天关。初见时，首先被它的建造震惊，虽然之前听别人说过，但是耳闻不如眼见，爬上这一段长城，才知道什么叫天险，爬到最高处，向下望去时，才又懂得“云中人，人中云”这句话。不到长城非好汉，来到好汉石边，摸了摸这块粗糙的石头，现在，我不也是一条“好汉”了吗？
虽自我调侃为好汉，但登到最高处时，双腿早已灌铅般沉重。踏着几十公分的梯层，真难以相信，这是古代劳动人民，一块一块扛上来的，其中艰辛自是不言而喻。但人们只知御敌之大将，却不知这背后万千民众的付出牺牲。
站在顶峰，放眼山河，我们新一代祖国的未来，真是要肩负起强大祖国的使命，再不要让华夏落后，让英雄落泪，让万千民众的牺牲化为乌有。
