时光留不住，一切太匆匆。年少不谙事，率性任凭风。而今知孰重，青春已无踪。且惜今宵月，梦里几回同?

身处浮躁之世，要想坚持一点什么真的很难。周遭的人与事每天都在发生变化，每个人似乎都被世俗的鞭子抽赶着往前冲，物化与虚名就像是跑狗场里的电兔子，总在前方诱惑着，大家都在争着向前追逐，尽管彼此都已跑得筋疲力尽，但依然不肯放弃，无法放弃。在这样一个物欲横流的时代，一个除了崇拜成功便没有信仰与信念的社会，一个只看结果而不论过程如何的人群，很多人迷失了自己，迷失了的人与迷失的人群互相裹挟着，争着向前，目标确定内心茫然。

坚持纯净理想与崇高信仰的人越来越少，很多人都仿佛在一夜之间发生了蜕变，为了名利，这样那样的“门”层出不穷，花样百出。只要能出名能得利，有的为官者耍尽手段，极尽阿谀之本事;有的为商者缴尽脑汁，极尽坑蒙拐骗之能;有的这样那样的星，不惜拿身体说话……范仲淹“先天下之忧而忧”的政治胸怀，成了当政者说给百姓听的空话;顾客就是上帝，为你服务是我们唯一的宗旨，是商家诱骗天真消费者的习惯用语;灿烂的群星身后，谁也免不了有那么点那些事……爱情离开物质便无从附丽，成功离开钻营便痴心妄想，单纯和诚实成了不懂社会的傻冒。那些坚持理想，信仰光明的力量正在消失，很多人忙于这样那样的应付、应酬之中，忙得身心疲惫，忙得忘记自我。

前几日看《星光大道》节目，一位的德高望重的老艺术家说到：“一个人要想成功，须坚持“四份”，即：天分、勤奋、缘分、本分。”我很欣赏这句话，也非常敬重这位老艺术家。在他看来，这“四份”很重要，尤其要坚持做好“本分”的自己。我个人理解为：即保持内心的纯洁、真诚，坚持用勤奋的方式将个人所具有的天分极尽开发和利用，一旦机缘到了，成功就会自然降临在这样的人身上。现实生活中，很多人为追求急功近利而不择手段，违背原则，丧失本心，是失去自我的表现。也许他们比很多默默努力地的人更容易获得成功，但这种所谓的成功，是遭人鄙弃的。历史上那些曾风光显赫的奸臣贼子之所以留骂名于千古，莫不如此。当今那些靠潜规则，靠一“脱”成名的所谓“星星”们，不管日后演技如何飞长，即使他们华服拽地，恐怕观众眼里看到和心里想的始终难以一致吧?陶渊明不为五斗米折腰的清高，是为坚持做洁身自好的自己;魏征面对天子痛陈时弊，是为坚持做一个以天下为己任的自己;李白不愿俯首低眉侍权贵，是为做一个率真有气节的自己;穷人不食嗟来之食，是为做一个有人格尊严的自己。古往今来，那些坚持理想，坚持信仰，坚持自己位置，坚持做好本分自己的人，都留下了美名。

每个人都渴望成功，在仰望星空与脚踏实地谁更重要的选择上。星空固然很美，但如果成为一颗拖着不怎么干净的长长尾巴的彗星，人们就要叫它“扫帚星”了，那是倒霉的字眼，不太光彩。脚踏实地的人，也许最终平凡，但活得干净，活得真诚，活得自在和坦然，那也是令人赞赏的。他们坚持了自我的本分，真真实实地做好了自己。知道自己是谁，一生想做什么，一生可以做什么，从现在起应该怎样做?然后就为了自己的目标前进，不一定非要成功，但一定要做到尽力。因为他们懂得，正视现实的基础，脚踏实地仰望星空，人生的过程才会既有憧憬的美好，又不至于每一步下去会踏空。

做好自己，为官者要知道权利是人民赋予你的，不可滥用于个人敛财牟利坑害国家坑害百姓的武器。

做好自己，为商者要懂得商业道德，不可以假充真以次充好巧取豪夺祸国殃民。

做好自己，公众形象要知道人民爱你捧你，你必须具备人民爱你捧你的品质与能力。

做好自己，草根百姓要知道为人妻为人夫为人父母为人子女应承担的责任，自自然然做人，认认真真做事。

1。头绪分明，脉络清楚

写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。

2。突出中心，详略得当

在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：

One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。

When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。

3。用活语言，准确生动

记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。

原文：

One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。

修改后：

The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。

"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。

"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。

"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"

And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。

When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。
