I was born in a beautiful town with high mountains around it.The mountains are covered with all kinds of green bamboo.Through the town runs a small stream.It’s said that a new railway is going to be built to the east of the town and a bamboo factory to the west.All the children of the school age can go to school.If anyone is ill,he can go to see the doctor in the newly-built hospital.People in the town are hard-working and never take the backwardness lying down.Though they are having a richer and better life,they are not satisfied with what they have got.They are working hard to build their town into a modern one.

This is my first week in ** Senior Middle School.Everything here is new for me.Our school is an old school but it`s very beautiful.I have 50 new classmates in my class.They`re all very excellent, I think, and I felt a little sad.Because I`m too common.But come to think of it,it`s a very good thing.I believe I can also be very excellent if I study with such excellent classmates.I didn`t know why Ms *** chose me to be the committee of study.But I know it`s a good chance for me to raise my ability.All I can do is do my best in the future.I am sure that Ms *** and my classmates can help me when I do something wrong. Because they`re all very kind.It`s a pleasure to work and study with them.I`m really very happy.I`m not an outstanding student in this class,but I can do the same thing like others.I believe I won`t make anyone disappointed.

五一假期，爸爸妈妈带我去了梦寐以求的株洲方特梦幻王国游玩，同行的还有姨妈和表姐、表弟。刚到方特，只见门口人山人海，排队买票的人排起了长龙。

进入梦幻王国，我们非常开心，我们第一个玩的是项目是“水漫金山”。刚进门，我就目瞪口呆了，“哇，这么多人排队，这要等到什么时候！”经过漫长的等待，终于我们坐上了船，开始了漂流。

“水漫金山”讲述的是白娘子救许仙，水淹金山寺的故事。我们坐在船上，岸上的电子屏幕播放着白娘子与许仙相遇的故事，忽然，一个真人版的“小青”从岸上走出来，带领我们参观。过了一会儿，我们上岸了，站在游客观赏区，法海抓走了许仙，引诱白娘子去救许仙。屏幕上的法海和白娘子斗得十分激烈。一眨眼：“咦！法海和白娘子变成了真人打斗场面。”法海和白娘子各自施展法术，场面十分壮观。白娘子最后施展法术，舞台上涌出很大的水出来，把舞台上的假树给冲走了。哎呀！还好我们坐在第三排座位上观看，一、二排的观众都被水淋湿了，十分刺激。
