关于网课专注的作文【六】
倘若心不在焉的生活，你便看不到、听不到、品尝不到、体验不到、许许多多可能让枯燥乏味的生活变得丰富刺激的事物。我们所在之处，就是我们从未到过之处。这是我在这本书里最喜欢的一句话。
公众号名字取自愿不负月白风清，人间美色。若无单一专注力，可能都发现不了人间美色了吧。若无开放专注力，可能就只会盯着眼前的美色，而忽略可能出现的新风景。
这本书的作者是我们的老朋友丹尼尔老师，这是继情商四部曲后他推出的一本书。为什么老师会转而研究专注力，原来啊它们之前有千丝万缕的联系。它们的神经回路有共通的通道，他们的修炼有异曲同工之妙。
专注是什么？这个词源于拉丁语，意为向前延伸。它让我们与这个世界建立连接。或者用《星球大战》中尤达大师的话说“注意即现实”。有一天我吃饭的时候认识了一个新同事，后来第二天上班，我才发现他坐在我斜对面大概一周多了，但在此之前，我从来没有注意过他。
什么会影响我们专注？
感觉干扰和情绪干扰。其中情绪干扰尤为难以克服。这让我想起了有时候难以集中精力看书的时候，会背上包去咖啡馆，听着音乐，喝着咖啡，心情愉悦了，也容易专注了。
专注包含自上而下的专注和自下而上的专注。自上而下是有意注意，自下而上是无意注意。在顶级水平比赛中，往往是无意注意决定了我们的成败，因为它的反应更为灵敏。也想起了高中时老师分享的，学霸们考试时并不是每道题都自上而下思考而来，大多数的题对他们来说都是条件反射。

这个逻辑跟之前学习情商很像。都是推己及人，然后再到我们的'大系统。
这个不仅适合自我关注的管理，也适用于领导对团队专注力的引导。
作者说专注力是我们隐形的翅膀，带上它，我们能朝目标更准确高效的前进。
特别想分享的是三个点：
一是开放专注力open focus。比较熟悉的可能是选择性专注，即专心做一件事，不受其他事干扰。而开放专注力是指我们注意到所有进入意识的东西，但没有被特定的东西裹挟。这种能力在开车的时候尤为需要，对假若我们不小心被无意识主宰，则很容易出事故。专注力较强的人，能察觉到周围更多的情况，保持警惕，不会迷失到细节之中。
二是正念。其实接触正念已经有一两年了，偶尔也会训练。当时在书里看到的时候，也很兴奋，原来正念有这么多好处啊。但是分享的时候，我却发现我对正念的概念模糊不清。于是去百度了正念的概念。
正念：有目的的、有意识的，关注、觉察当下的一切，而对当下的一切又都不作任何判断、任何分析、任何反应，只是单纯地觉察它、注意它。
正念，对于修行的我们的专注力有极大的帮助。
三，我们很容易发现这个时代的我们容易被碎片化信息，专注力下降。但是，在这个时代，也存在严重的专注力过载的现象。长时间的沉溺与电子产品，不停的接收各种信息让我们的身心疲劳，注意力无法集中在我们内心深处认为正确的事情上。所以，定期做些不插电的活动吧。
一直以为一本好书一定要三五好友一起分享才有滋味。因为我始终认为每个人的思维会有盲点，一千个读者有一千个哈姆雷特。我特别享受那种思维碰撞产生火花的时刻。而且有些东西只有在向别人分享的时候才会发现自己的理解很模糊。

生命是一条美丽而曲折的幽径，时有繁华迷眼，鸟语盈耳。如果流连于途中风景，便很难到达路的尽头，见到更为美丽的景象。处在求索路上的我们，唯有目标坚定、专心致志地向前行进，方不负韶华。
不久前，有一家网站做中日围棋擂台赛三十周年纪念活动。曾经的中国队主帅聂卫平讲了一个很有意思的故事。在一次和日本棋手小林光一决赛之前，小林光一已赢得六连胜，势如破竹。聂卫平深知压力很大，于是，在接下来的一个月里，聂卫平找来了有关小林光一的所有资料，对他的棋谱、性格、习惯等进行了细致的研究。聂卫平说，那段时间，他满脑子都是小林光一，以至于整个人都陷入了一种与世隔绝的状态。他的朋友、领导在路上遇到他跟他打招呼，他都听不到。他说，其实他当时根本就没有意识到别人的存在。最后，在与小林光一的鏖战中。聂卫平如愿获胜。
当一个人全身心地投入到一件事情中时，他会忘记周围的一切：他所有的心思只为目标而动。人一旦达到如此境界，就离目标不远了。
蓝天野，中国话剧舞台上的大师级人物。现代著名剧作家曹禺的女儿万方小时候跟着父亲去北京人民艺术剧院的后台，遇到蓝天野。蓝天野和曹禺很熟，平日跟可爱的万方更是打成一片，所以那次万方很高兴地跟他打招呼。但让她想不到的是，她的蓝叔叔明明看到她了，却没有丝毫回应。冷冰冰地走了。曹禺告诉她，蓝叔叔正在酝酿角色，已经进入角色的世界，不要打扰他。万方说，那时候她才真正知道，要想做成一件事，竟需要如此地专注。
在一般人的眼中，这些过于专注的人确实有点不通情理，似乎目中无人。然而，倘若不是这样的“目中无人”，怎能成就他们的辉煌人生？牛顿煮鸡蛋，结果将怀表扔进了锅里：陈景润走路撞上电线杆，还责怪对方“不长眼睛”……这都是多么引人深思的“专注”啊！
一个人在专注的时候是最美的。专注，是一种品质，是一种态度。
