为何取名叫土笋冻？因为土笋冻是用一种像小蚯蚓一样的软体动物熬制而成的胶状体。这种小动物生长一般生长在浅海滩涂里。呈灰白色的，如同笋状，所以取名叫“土笋”。晋江安海、东石一带都有出产，以安海镇五里桥中亭港附近的土笋最为肥大，制成的土笋冻也最可口。安海土笋冻的`制作以西垵村最为出名。早在二十世纪三、四十年代就开始掘制了。掘土笋的人一般会带上一把特制的小锄头，顺着一个小拇指粗细的小洞把土笋挖掘出来。这个小洞是土笋钻进海滩地里留下来的。把土笋挖掘出来以后，先用石头不断碾磨，再把其体内的泥土清洗干净，然后放入锅中，加水添盐后开始熬煮，待胶质溶出后，连汤舀进小碗内，放在露天过夜，让它自然冷却。再经过几道程序后，晶莹透明、营养丰富的土笋冻就制作成了。在以前，因为夏天土笋不易结冻，最多只能喝上土笋汤解解馋。如今，有了冷冻厂，一年四季人们都能品尝上美味可口的土笋冻了。土笋冻不但味道鲜美，营养丰富，而且有药用价值。当你喉咙疼痛时，吃了它就立即止痛，胜似灵丹妙药。它能降火消炎、清凉解热，是人们夏天十分喜爱的小吃。人们总是三五成群地蹲在土笋冻摊前，买上几块土笋冻，配上调料，然后津津有味地品尝。

细雨如丝，田地里的辣椒种子贪婪的吸收着春天的雨水，仿佛正在吃东西，喝东西，吸收着养分。三个星期后，它们慢慢发芽，各个探出嫩绿色的小脑袋，渐渐长高，并且长出了一些鲜嫩的叶子。很快，小苗长得更高了，还开出了一朵朵美丽的.小白花。花落后，辣椒渐渐成形，长出了小小的，尖尖的，嫩绿色的小辣椒，非常可爱。
小辣椒慢慢长大，会被人们摘下，做成让人垂涎三尺的虎皮辣椒、爆炒辣椒……等多种鲜美的菜肴。只要餐桌上有一盘脆绿的辣椒，不管是三岁的孩童，还是八十岁的老人，都会抢着下筷，只要吃上一口，就会被辣的流出眼泪，好像满嘴喷火，说不吃话来。但是即便如此，甘谷人还是很喜欢吃辣椒，几乎每顿都要吃。
没有被摘下的那些翠绿的辣椒，经过阳光的照射，会被晒成超级可口的红辣椒。农民伯伯把它们送到加工厂，经过上千台机器的加工，被制作成各种各样的辣椒产品，在汽车、火车、飞机的运输下，分散到全国各地，这样我们就可以吃到辣味十足的辣椒了。
甘谷人太喜欢吃辣椒了!因为我也是甘谷人，所以我也很喜欢吃辣椒。而我就是那种边吃辣椒，边用手在嘴边不停的扇，还要流着眼泪说真过瘾的人。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

国庆节，许多人都喜欢去黄山、庐山、西湖……而我喜欢去我的家乡玩，我的家乡有一个非常漂亮的湖，那就是洪泽湖。
我的家乡在洪泽湖畔。这里风景优美，物产丰富，人杰地灵，是一块漂在水上的黄金土地。
洪泽湖是一幅画，一首诗，一支歌。波光粼粼的湖面，时而波涛滚滚，大浪排天;时而风平浪静，水平如镜。极目远眺，白帆点点，鱼鸥翻飞，机生隆隆，南来北往的运输队，川流不息，左右穿梭的渔船，鱼肥仓满，争相辉映，构成一幅美丽动人的图画。
岸边树木葱茏，百里长堤，有着1800年历史的防洪屏障，宏伟的土堤，壮观的石墙，青翠的绿柳，远远望去，宛如一条移游欲飞的巨型青龙。那茂密的林荫，新鲜的空气，清脆的鸟鸣，和煦的'湖风，人行其中，尤如步入仙境，心旷神怡，流连忘返。
甘泉般的湖水，养育着千百万人民。湖内既有鱼鳖虾蟹，又有鸡鸭鹅鸟，还有各种各样的水植物，朱坝锅贴、黄集羊肉、岔河大米……闻名遐迩。
洪泽湖不仅风景优美、物产丰富，而且还有美丽的传说。
传说 孙悟空大闹天宫后，偷吃了太上老君的仙丹。李老君无法，只得避开孙悟空，架起云头直往西去，想找一个安静的地方炼丹。李老君站在云头看到下面有一座青山，山脚下是一眼望不到边的绿草。老君降落到地上一看，正是洪泽湖南岸的老子山，正好又有一个山洞。李老君就在这老子山采药草炼丹丸，孙悟空急得到处找李老君要仙丹，就是找不到。后来他架起云头直往西下，一看到洪泽湖南岸有一座大山，就降落下来，在山南坡看到一个仙人洞，就进去了，到里面一看李老君正在忙着炼神丹。李老君看到孙悟空，连忙把神丸装到葫芦里，架起云头就往天上跑去。孙悟空紧紧追上，伸手就来抢葫芦。眼看仙丹就要被孙悟空夺走，李老君一气之下举起大铁棒打破葫芦。孙悟空连抓带抢得到几粒神丹，其余的仙丹都落到洪泽湖里去了。鱼、虾、蟹都争着来吃仙丹。从那以后，洪泽湖里的鱼类肉鲜味美，可口好吃，直到现在仍然远近闻名。
我要大声赞叹洪泽湖，真是“此景只应天上有，人间难得几回闻”。
