早上8点钟，健身节开幕了，主席台上迎面走来了两个面带微笑的小主持人，我们可以看出他们同样难以掩饰的兴奋。
我焦急地等待着，一边听，一边用渴望的目光注视着那五颜六色的气球。
终于，主持人宣布“下面我们放气球，跟我一起倒数!5—4—3—2—1”!“啪啪”几声，气球你追我赶地飞上了天空。望着那些五颜六色的气球，仿佛放飞了自己的希望，又仿佛自己已经化身为一只气球，正在湛蓝的天空中，自由自在地翱翔。
接着，进行五年级的球操比赛，我们标准的动作，整齐的步伐，赢得了评委的一致好评，我们班用辛勤的汗水换来了那金灿灿的第一名奖状。
下午的“赛龙舟”和“拔河”，我们班齐心协力又得了一个第三名。
“哈哈…”运动会在我们的'欢声笑语中结束了，虽然我们的嗓子嘶哑、小脸通红、汗流浃背，但我们锻炼了身体，放飞了心情，集体的活动让我们的友谊得到了升华。明天我们会以更加的努力去面对学习。
