他，是一位优秀的公交车司机，也是2015年肇庆十佳公交司机之一的龙师傅，他身为20路公交车司机，2015年获得“广东省安全文明驾驶员”称号。
“全心全意为人民服务，有集体荣誉感，能吃苦耐劳，还要保证安全。”现年50多岁的公交司机龙世梁认为优秀的公交司机必须具备上述特征。谈及自己，他谦虚地说，还有欠缺，要更努力地提高服务质量。20路公交车司机龙世梁，去年获得“广东省安全文明驾驶员”称号。
据了解，2015年龙世梁来到肇庆成为一名公交车司机，初来乍到的他人生地不熟，在拍档李四峰的帮助下，很快熟悉了路况。记者得知，在工作中龙世梁碰到不少难忘的事情，譬如，“碰到醉酒拦车的市民，停也不是，不停也不是。停车让他上来，又骂人”，碰到不文明的乘客，龙世梁采用“忍字诀”，以理服人。“让一让、说说好话，大事化小、小事化了，大家相互理解就好。”不讲理的乘客只是个例，大部分乘客都很配合工作。他说，“有的乘客还不到站点，要下车，车上正直的乘客会主动帮忙劝阻要下车的乘客”，这让他最为感动。
龙世梁总是将“安全”和“文明”挂在嘴边。记者得知，他曾遇到一件惊险的事。某日他闻到车内有天那水(无色透明液体，有较浓香蕉气味，易挥发和燃烧的味道，就停车查看，但未发现可疑之物。“多危险啊，车上那么多人!”无奈之下，龙世梁拨打110报警。“这时，一名年轻男子立刻跑下车”，他说，“天那水就藏在座椅靠背处，而他紧靠椅背遮掩”。
作为一名共产党员，龙世梁严格要求自己，在同事心中，他是一位谦虚好学、作风正派的好司机，尤其在单位起带头作用。性格耿直的龙世梁言传身教，帮助后进司机进步，虽是出于好意，但也会让人误解，可龙世梁从不计较。现在，他不仅得到领导认可，还成为许多司机心中的好榜样。
由于龙世梁的家人不在肇庆，他与妻子一般俩月见一面。虽然不能照顾家庭，但是他说，好在家人支持，理解我。

今天是国际“五一”劳动节，电视节目都在宣传劳动最光荣。我想我也应该帮妈妈做点事情。
妈妈要做的事可真多！
妈妈买了一堆草莓需要洗，我说：“妈妈，我来吧。”妈妈把草莓交给了我。我先把草莓放进盘子里，又接了一盆水，再把草莓放进去。我用手把每一个草莓认真搓了一遍。洗后我又检查一下，我见有的洗的`不干净，就又洗了一次，终于草莓洗干净了。我把草莓放到盘子里，完成！该尝尝我的劳动成果了，啊，真甜！
我又把地扫了一遍，把桌子擦的干干净净，我想该干的事都干了吧。不对，还有碗需要洗，我把水倒进盆里，用丝瓜布一个一个仔细地洗了洗，然后用布把碗擦了一遍，真干净。
今天我很累，但是我很快乐，因为我会做家务了。

一位看上去身体健康的老婆婆在街边乞讨，她满脸的皱纹足以写出她经历的风霜，她两眼呆滞，目光浑浊，可能是受了太大的'打击，精神崩溃，没有精力养活自己，才放下自己那宝贵的尊严来硬着头讨饭吧。她沿街走过，不断地说着：“行行好吧！”路人呢？有的看她可怜，扔给她几角钱；有的根本没有在乎她，就悠闲地走了。
另一位也是身体健康的老婆婆，她衣着破旧，头发全白了，却梳的整整齐齐，还用一个七分旧的的廉价发卡别住，她的衣服洗的干干净净，没有一点污垢。她的面前是一个简易架子，上面挂着各种各样的小饰物，是用五颜六色的尼龙绳编成的，有爱心，有蝴蝶，有树叶，还有小玩偶。我真赞叹这些小饰物的手工精巧，颜色鲜艳。她的服务态度甚好，脸上挂着美丽的微笑。
观后，我感受颇深。
物质上的贫穷并不可怕，可怕的是精神上的贫穷。同样是贫穷，有的人会贫困潦倒，有的人却心在梦在。要知道，世界上没有不劳而获的幸福，只有付出，才有收获。精神充裕的境界是让人振奋的，更是不易的，生命的境界亦在于此。我们为了拥有这样的境界，仅仅需要的是生活的勤劳和学习的勤奋。老舍先生的那句话说的好：“不劳动，连棵花都养不活。”这的确是一句千真万确的真理。从古至今，哪个伟人不是从劳动中磨练出来的；哪项科学成就不是从劳动实践中发明出来的；又有哪件是不通过劳动能办好的呢？
