暑假里，那是个晴朗的日子，我和爸爸妈妈乘车来到中山公园，花香四溢，越往里走，花香越浓，我们躲在树荫下乘凉，可舒服了！
在中山公园里我玩了过山车、激流勇进.....其中，我最喜欢的是过山车。只见过山车往上行驶，不一会儿，过山车就像电梯一样，数十层楼那么高，我周围叫的目瞪口呆，完全像个木头人，好像全身麻痹，像触电一样，完全比木头人还要木头。车又像风一样的往下冲，一阵阵风“飒飒，飒飒”的直冲我身后，这一车人都张大嘴巴“哇哇”大叫！
过山车开始360度旋转，我闭上眼睛享受，真是舒服极了!大概转了3到4圈车停下来了，我睁开双眼，看了看我的.妈妈和爸爸，他们吓的不知道东南西北，不知道哪是左，哪是右!我在旁边笑了好半天，肚子都快笑疼了！
我下了过山车，看见一个小孩子坐了过山车，下过山车的时候，尿尿都吓出来了！
我还玩了摩天轮、平行射击、林中狩猎、脚踏车、太空梭、大摆锤......这些玩的使我不想回家了！
过山车使我增加了勇气，从此不怕坐过山车了！
最后，我依依不舍的离开了中山公园。
