时间过得真快，转眼一个多月的《毛选》第一卷自学任务已完成了，《反对本本主义》1000字。提笔要写些读后感还真为难。以自己的理论功底，要从整本书写起，那一定是蜻蜓点水，其实网上的资料也有，但内心深感不安与不甘，毕竟认真地读过了。再说，第一卷中精彩的篇目还真不少。光是打上双星的就有三篇。我最终决定谈谈《反对本本主义》这篇文章。《反对本本主义》写于1930年5月。当时没有用“教条主义”这个名称，而叫它“本本主义”。坚持马克思主义理论与中国的具体情况相结合，一切从实际出发，反对教条主义是《反对本本主义》(《毛选》第一卷一文的基本精神。我觉得本文的学习为我们今天正确地观察事物、解决矛盾和指导工作提供了重要的思想原则和科学的思维方法。
首先，它为我们提供了一条正确的思维原则和思想路线。这就是马克思主义理论与中国的具体情况相结合的思想路线。
“马克思主义的‘本本’是要学习的，但是必须同我国的实际情况相结合。我们需要‘本本’，但是一定要纠正脱离实际情况的本本主义。”这段话既肯定了马克思主义理论、毛泽东思想的指导作用，又强调必须坚持一切从实际出发。坚持这条路线，就要积极进取，不断开拓，反对消极保守，无所作为。
其次，它是反对主观主义和"左"“右”倾错误的锐利武器。
“离开实际调查就要产生唯心的阶级估量和唯心的工作指导，那么，它的结果，不是机会主义，便是盲动主义。”主观主义包括教条主义和经验主义两种表现形式。《反对本本主义》既反对把个人的局部经验绝对化而否定马克思主义理论的指导作用的经验主义，又反对不懂得中国国情和中国革命特点，只知背诵和照搬马克思主义条条的教条主义。
再次，它为领导者转变并养成优良的思想作风指明了方向。“迈开你的双脚，到你的工作范围的各部分各地方去走走，学个孔夫子的‘每事问’”针对有些领导干部不深入群众，不了解下情，对上级指示和书本上的理论一味盲目执行和照搬照抄的教条主义，毛泽东在《反对本本主义》中开出了一剂药方："怎样纠正这种本本主义?只有向实际情况作调查"。“共产党的正确而不动摇的斗争策略，决不是少数人坐在房子里能够产生的，它是要在群众的斗争过程中才能产生的，这就是说要在实际经验中才能产生。”这里指明了马克思主义者认识世界和克服主观主义的根本途径和有效方法在于向社会作调查。学习《反对本本主义》，对于领导干部克服思想上的主观主义和工作中的官僚主义，养成密切联系群众、深入实际调查研究的领导作风，努力做好工作，具有重要的指导意义。
其实《毛选》第一卷“中国社会各阶级的分析”和“湖南农民运动考察报告”中，毛泽东提出的两条方法论原则之一就是调查研究的方法论原则。而在《反对本本主义》一文中，毛泽东在文章第七部分重点谈了七点“调查的技术”，对我们这些年轻同志具有实际的指导意义。

xx施工期间，我按制度、按程序对工人进行管理，每天对进出的人员、货物进行严格的检查，以免可疑人员进入、公司财物被盗；对于那些安全措施不到位的，比如：“进入施工区域没戴安全帽，高空作业没系安全带；动火时没有灭火设施”等之类的现象，我都按照公司的制度、程序进行整改处罚，把各项安全措施落实到位，以确保施工期间零事故。

Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable.We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky,and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.There we bought many interesting souvenirs,I was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn,and so on.
They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel,and the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very much,and if I got a chance,I hope to come here again,it is such a beautiful and interesting place.

This holiday is very interesting. When walking on the street, the advertisements are full of walls. People walking across the street must stop to see the noticeable advertisements, and the funny words cant help laughing.
First look at the first advertisement on the side of the east wall. Why, this advertisement is pretty good. The boss of this shop is really smart. He must be a knowledgeable person. If not, how can I think of using homophonic idioms to advertise? I believe the business of this shop must be very hot.
The present society is very diverse and colorful. With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, the intelligence quotient of people is also getting higher and higher. Look, how beautiful the world is, how interesting it is.
