小的时候我体质非常的差，感冒发烧什么的是常事。我的`体弱多病，使我变得孤僻，内向，不像别的小朋友一样活泼，我那时没有朋友，也不愿意交朋友，成天在家不是睡觉就是发呆。终于有一天，我枯燥泛味的生活被打破了.
有一天早上，我爸爸很早就起来，并把我叫起来说：“儿子，快起来，爸带你出去，不能不听话啊！”无奈，我只好乖乖洗漱。吃完早饭，我与爸爸便出发了，但走着走着，我发现爸爸的手里多了一样东西。我好奇的问了一句：“这是什么？”爸爸告诉我说：“这个叫篮球。”说完便叫我玩玩，我用手抱住这个篮球，看着这个篮球不知怎么我变得很生气，我奋力往外一扔，结果又弹了回来，就好像不想离开我似的。我笑了，觉得非常有趣。
就在这时，我发现我们到了一个篮球场，我感到好奇便问爸爸：“这是哪啊？”“你先别问这个，你跟我来。”说完，爸爸把我领到了篮筐前面，说：“我先示范给你看啊！”爸爸对准篮筐往里一扔，球飞到篮板上又弹了回来，爸爸尴尬的说了一句：“啊哈，儿子看到了吗？这是篮板球！哈哈，爸爸厉害吧。”我点了点头说：“嗯，爸我也想试试。”爸爸把球递给了我，我也学爸爸那样对准篮筐，往里一扔，结果连篮板都没碰到就飞出去了。我很不服气，便开始练习投球技巧。爸爸也给我找网上投球的视频和教程。终于，在我们的努力之下，我熟悉了打篮球的技巧以及各种过人的身法。我开始变得活泼开朗起来，也开始热爱篮球。
通过篮球，我结识了很多的朋友，篮球改变了我！
