李白没有和那些平庸之人一样，迎合上司，讨好权贵，阿谀奉承，出卖自己的人格和尊严。他看不惯统治阶级内部的腐朽和没落，于是便“仰天大笑出门去”，发出了“我辈岂是
蓬蒿人”的感叹。此后他游历名山大川，留下了千余篇佳作。“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”、“君不见，黄河之水天上来，奔流到海不复回”等名句至今仍被传诵。李白拒绝平庸，他选择了一条自己的路，铸就了自己多彩辉煌的人生。
“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”，如此闲适安逸的田园生活也只有陶渊明的诗句中才寻的见。晋朝，一个疯狂的朝代，八王之乱，乱到天昏地暗。陶渊明在宦海之中浮浮沉沉几十年，他倦了，累了，他不想与那些平庸的人同流合污，因为那些做法违背了他内心的向往与原则，会让他丧失自己的人格与尊严，于是他决定归隐山林，在静谧田园生活中去寻找藏于浊世的清流。在山中的日子真是好啊，晨兴理荒秽，带月荷锄归，自己种植，自己收获，还能时不时的去桃源看看落英缤纷的美景。陶渊明拒绝平庸，拒绝世俗的理念，在田园生活中完成了对自己灵魂的洗礼。
小草甘于平庸，于是它只能默默地生长，没人在意它的感受;野花甘于平庸，于是它只能成为万紫千红中极其渺小的一朵，无人留意它的存在。绿叶甘于平庸，于是它只能给花作陪衬，没人注意它的牺牲与奉献。
人们没有办法选择自己的出身、家庭，平凡不可避免，但我们一定选择一条拒绝平庸的路。当我们踏上这条路时，我们的创造心，进取心将全部调动起来，保持自己高尚的节操，坚持自己的原则，勇敢的追求自己的目标。在人生的路上恣意挥洒自己的豪迈，拥有的便是一个不平庸的，辉煌的人生。

大千世界，宇宙万物间都存在着细微却不容忽视的联系，轻牵一角，或许也会导致多米诺骨牌似的.连锁效果。因此，每个看似无心的举动，都有可能对社会造成深远的影响。
西谚有云：没有一滴雨会认为自己造成了洪灾。当我们纷纷抱怨社会道德的滑坡时，当我们满怀怨气地仇视着各种不良行为时，是否也该反思一下：自己的行为有没有不当之处，抑或我们有没有纵容助长过这类的“恶”呢?
美国作家阿法特曾提出一个概念：群氓。这个词，是指普通大众集体无意识地作恶却丝毫不觉愧疚。必然的，这种行为不仅使家国蒙受损失，更会麻痹人们的心灵，须知，此词在中国是颇为适用的。无论是高速公路上货车翻车引来成百农民哄抢柑橘，还是许多居民每人拿走一块砖致使雷峰塔的倒塌，抑或是大家再熟悉不过的“中国式过马路”，无一不是“群氓”品行的体现。
似乎自古以来人们就有这样的印象：官是恶的、贪婪的，而民是善的、无辜的。这种想法，显然有点不全面。当个人被裹挟在群体之中时，他便会认为跟随众人所做之事无可非议，甚至不会意识到自己正在作恶，这是多麽可怕又可悲的事情!而“法不责众”的观念，更成了助长这种“平庸之恶”的借口。
“无羞恶之心，非人也。无是非之心，非人也。”如今的中国人民已不再是鲁迅先生笔下的麻木看客。然而，一些人却日渐堕入一个更加荒诞的怪圈。所以，我们必须自省，分清善恶，坚持自我。光说不做是没有用的，口头上“感动中国”绝对扶不起一个摔倒的老人。
当然，我们更应当看到希望的曙光。如今网络的发展，也使得正能量被广泛地传播﹔多少温暖感人的故事，为我们带来了黎明的脉息。随着越来越多人的觉悟，中国正向着文明大国之梦迈着坚定的步伐。
仅仅做到“勿以恶小而为之”是远远不够的，只有做到“勿以善小而不为”，中国社会的面貌才会有真正的改观。拒绝“平庸之恶”，养一身浩然正气，和整个国家一起走在追梦之路上，必能见到明日的灿烂朝阳。

关于体育是否该纳入高考这一话题，我持反对意见。高中三年，是许多人学生时代中最苦的三年，早起晚睡、刷题复习、周测大考、周末补课……学业几乎占据了学生所有的课余时间，人们对于这些现象已经见惯不怪了，可你试想一下，当你想在课间休息却被迫下楼跑操时，当你想在体育课上放松一下和朋友打会羽毛球却被勒令跑完n圈后才能自由活动时，当你在来之不易的假期早上想睡会儿懒觉却被父母强拽着出门锻炼时，你内心是何种感受？
在我看来，将体育纳入高考只会增加学生负担，绝不利于减轻学业负担。难道体育入高考后，学核就会减少文化课？这是绝对不可能的'。那些锻炼的时间便只能从学生原本的休息时间中挤压，这样做不仅会使学生更加疲惫，甚至严重的还会造成过劳猝。
体育纳入高考这一想法的初衷必定是好的，希望借此让学校多注重学生的体质健康。但该如何保证学校和家长不打着“为你好”的名号，一味只顾体考成绩呢？在这世上口中喊着”为你好”的人数不胜数，但扪心自问，他们是真的只为你好吗？更何况，将体育纳入高考后，学校就会因此改变原有的体育课教学方式，可没有人能保障这样为了“体育应试”而制定的课程质量也会如人们所期待的那样。
有许多因素都制约着高中生的体育课程，人们无法确保当这些举措发生后真的不会有意外发生。与其这般慌张，我认为不若坚持原本的计划。
的确，“身体是革命的本钱”，但学校制定的课程表上的体育课难道是形如虚设的吗？体育课都是由专门体育老师来上，他们会合理制定规划来加强学生体质并能让学生有适当的自由活动时间放松一下，在这一方面学校和家长都不用担心。
放眼未来，或许国家提出将“体育纳入高考”也是存了利于国家和社会的想法，但在以后，又会有多少人真正从事体力劳动呢？当今时代机器人和人工智能技术都发展迅速，这类体力劳动者只将越来越少。
莫要因“为你好”而伤害自己。
我反对体育纳入高考！
