其次，制作饺子皮，擀皮包饺子，先要把皮擀成圆形的，不要擀成方形的、菱形的.，要把皮擀成近似圆形的，然后把馅儿包进皮里，这貌似简单，但很不简单，为了不让煮后的饺子成面汤，一定要把饺子边捏紧，包好的饺子就像一个大元宝。
最后，煮饺子时，饺子漂在水面上，才可以出锅；这样美味的饺子上桌，别忘了吃的时候加点醋。
