As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

长城是中华文明的瑰宝，是世界文化遗产之一，也是与我国的“国山”泰山、埃及金字塔齐名的建筑，还是人类的奇迹。在遥远的两千多年前，是劳动人民以肉之躯修筑了万里长城。长城是中国古代人民智慧的结晶，更是中华民族的象征。春秋战国时期，各国诸侯为了防御别国入侵，修筑烽火台，并用城墙连接起来，形成了最早的长城。以后历代君王几乎都加固增修长城。它因长达几万里，故又称作“万里长城”。据记载，秦始皇使用了近百万劳动力修筑长城，占全国总人口的二十分之一。
当时没有任何机械，全部劳动都由人力完成，工作环境又是崇山峻岭、峭壁深壑，十分艰难。长城东起山海关，西至甘肃嘉峪关，东至鸭绿江。从东向西行经10个省区市。长城的总长度为8851800米，其中人工墙体长度为6254239.662米，堑壕和天然形成长度为2594234.2265米。长城始建于春秋战国时期，历史达20xx多年，总长度达532万米以上。我们今天所指的万里长城多指明代修建的长城，它西起中国西部甘肃省的嘉峪关，东到中国东北辽宁省的鸭绿江边，长635万米。它像一条矫健的巨龙，越峻岭，经绝壁，穿草原，跨沙漠，起伏在崇山峻岭之巅，黄河彼岸和渤海之滨。古今中外，凡到过长城的人无不惊叹它的磅礴气势、宏伟规模和艰巨工程。长城是一座稀世珍宝，也是艺术非凡的文物古迹，它象征着中华民族坚不可摧永存于世的伟大意志和力量，是中华民族的骄傲，也是整个世界的骄傲。

登上长城，顿时感到心胸都开阔了许多，这雄伟挺拔，气势恢宏的长城，蜿蜒的卧在连绵起伏的山峦上。仿佛像是翘首欲飞的巨龙，显现出华夏魅力和宏伟的英雄气概。
我站在长城上，抚摸着一块块城墙青砖，从他们身上感受着那久远古朴的气息，同时还散发着辛酸和苦涩，感受到役民的痛苦和劳累。缓缓闭上眼睛我的思绪仿佛随着吹拂的山风回到秦朝，我是俯瞰天地的太阳，望着人民在这灰暗的天底下，过着苦不堪言的日子，役民的劳苦和汗水，才筑成了这座恢弘的长城。经历了多年的建造，日复一日，年复一年，他们没有自由，没有休息，没有尊严，汗水从身上滑落下来，浸湿了大地，浸湿了人们脚下的长城。

我看到，在这一条漫长的修建道路背后，有着千千万万百姓的尸骨，他们有的不甘，有的不舍，还有的充满了怨气，抚摸着城上的青砖，这些画面在我的脑海中不断播放，挥之不去……我仿佛又看到了家人离别和搬运砖石的场面，又听到妇女孩儿的抽泣，残酷的鞭挞声。
有许多人谈论秦始皇的功与过，有人说：“他焚书坑儒，建阿房，是暴君的典型代表。”也有人说：“他统一全国，建立长城，实属一位明君。”但是，在建立长城抵抗匈奴的同时，又何不是一种“暴”的体现呢？
也许很少有人想到，在这华夏的代表，中国的伟大建筑——长城的背后，又有多少的艰苦和黑暗。

生活在都市中的你，可曾注意过傍晚西边的一抹夕阳？那余晖，照亮了半边天，照亮了喧嚣的城市，也照亮了巍巍长城。入秋，我随表妹一行人来到慕田峪长城脚下，准备“勇攀长城做好汉”？登上长城，放眼望去，夏意残存，秋味渐浓，虽没有“万山红遍，层林尽染”的感觉，但也已有一种霜草萋萋、秋虫切切的景象。抬头向西边望去，一轮红日正徐徐落下，圆圆的，红彤彤的。在它的背后，天呈现出七种颜色，向远方延伸，在天与林的尽头交融，消失。顺着长城往北走，万绿丛巾隐隐约约有着“二月花”，在夕阳的映照下显得格外鲜红、格外醒目，好像周围的绿树只为等待它的降临而牛。一丝微风拂过脸颊，送来秋的气息。万物开始泛黄泛红，准备迎接那银装素裹的考验，待到冰雪融化后，一株株新鲜的生命义将萌发出来，冉为大地披上新装。走上烽火台，向远处眺望，看到几处农田里还有人在辛勤地忙碌。收获的喜悦向四周洋溢着，
飘荡在夕阳的余晖里。义停留了许久，见天色又暗了一些，我们开始下山了。在下山的路上，看到一棵棵松树挺拔地矗立在那里，年复一年地仰望着长城，仰望着长城落日。偶然抬头，忽见树顶上，一只肥硕的松树拖着它那蓬松的大尾巴在树枝间来回地跳跃，似乎在忙着准备它过冬的食物，为再见到那生机勃勃的春天储蓄着生的力量。树干上，一只小虫正在作蛹，它也在为变成美丽的蝴蝶，为了去点缀那经冬之后的.绚丽春天而努力着。行进到半山腰时，我回头凝望那夕阳映照下与天色相辉映的长城，是那么的巍峨壮丽。我忍不住举起手中的相机，“咔嚓”一声将这如诗如画的长城与落日留在了我的\'相机内，留存了我的脑海里。长城的落日是美丽的，长城的落日也是悲壮的。
