接下来我想谈一谈这本书触动到我的一个地方。我曾觉得,负能量也是能量,为什么我们不能加以利用呢?这本书提到了,可以的,只是代价比正能量大。因此,这本书推荐现实乐观主义。

这么一想,我突然感到一阵悲伤。就像故事里的反派,用负能量努力地驱动自己,最后败给正能量的主角。这似乎暗示着,不过是在开局用错了能量槽,却终将落得败北的结局。

本书最后提供了一些自我检测的问题,我想如果去尝试,大概会有收获吧。可我总是迫切地想从书里找到“答案”,却不愿意静下心来做出一点改变。这么想,我确实是辜负了这本书啊。
