这类书有用么？我觉得至少，它可以提供一些思考的.方向，增加我们意识到问题所在的能力。但是如何去解决问题，书本是无法提供帮助的，必须去亲自踩坑实践。
接下来我想谈一谈这本书触动到我的一个地方。我曾觉得，负能量也是能量，为什么我们不能加以利用呢？这本书提到了，可以的，只是代价比正能量大。因此，这本书推荐现实乐观主义。
这么一想，我突然感到一阵悲伤。就像故事里的反派，用负能量努力地驱动自己，最后败给正能量的主角。这似乎暗示着，不过是在开局用错了能量槽，却终将落得败北的结局。
本书最后提供了一些自我检测的问题，我想如果去尝试，大概会有收获吧。可我总是迫切地想从书里找到“答案”，却不愿意静下心来做出一点改变。这么想，我确实是辜负了这本书啊。
