我们六班就像个家庭，兄弟姐妹一起学习，互帮互助。但是，家家有本难念的经，我们六班这个家庭也不例外。有一次，我们班的小骆同学跟别人打架了。这被余老师看见了，小骆同学垂头丧气起来，心中肯定暗道：完了，被老师发现了，免不了又要被“说教”了。然而，并没有预想而来的骂声，而是，余老师叫来打架的同学，问他有没有打架，打架的.同学都说没有。这让被抓着正着的小骆同学着急起来，大叫着：“是他们！是他们！有人可以作证的！”心下，难受之极。这刚好应了一句话：你开心的时候，朋友认识了你；你难受的时候，你认识朋友。
余老师并未理会骆同学，而是对我们说：“一个人不可能是完美的，他也会犯错。人非圣贤，孰能无过？所以，我们不要纠结于过错中，而不去改正。我也是会犯错的，但我意识到了，我会去改正，下次定不会再犯。有错，没关系，是值得原谅的。但是，过而不改，是为过矣！今天，我话就说到这里，你们自己去好好想想。”这长长的一段话，使刚刚犯错的同学，头低得低低的，好像羞愧的要钻到地下去似的，骆同学更是说：“余老师，我错了。”余老师严肃的面容缓和下来，用幽默的语气说道：“这世界如此美好，我却如此暴躁，这不好不好。既然知道错了，就要去改正，才会值得原谅！”
说真的，这番话，真的深深的震撼了我。每个人心里都有自私的一面，我也有这个时候，有时甚至不敢承认自己的错误。余老师却说，人有错误是正常的，人最大的错误便是有错了还不改。这完全的推翻了我以前所认知的想法。对啊，有错，并不是十恶不赦的，只要认真改错就行。余老师这番话说到我心坎上了，真是可爱的一番话啊！
从此，余老师的形象在我心中就日渐高大起来，余老师，您的话字字如珠玑，让我受益匪浅啊，感谢您，知道了不一样的见解！您的话我永远也不会忘记！
