比如说一家公司存在性别歧视，只招收女工，那它就会缺少男工的专有服务，很多可以让一个男工解决的事情，就需要耗费几个女工来完成。有时正因为歧视，它需要耗费更多的资金和精力，招聘更好的女工，以此来满足需求。长此以往，性别歧视已经让它付出了双倍的代价，只是自己处在局中仍未察觉罢了。
所以说，想要开始一种歧视之前，最好想想它的两项性，权衡一下，到底哪一项的损害更大，别到最后才醒悟，得不偿失则晚矣。请平等的对待身边的人和事，上帝就会平等的对待你，这个世界就是一个圆，终有一天会遇见。
