年仅14岁的全红蝉，在五次近乎完美的跳水中，获得了三次满分。她像一条灵活的美人鱼，落水动作灵巧又利索，全部完成得无懈可击，以无与伦比的动作彻底征服了裁判。今天，横空出世的少年天才——全红婵，站在了最高领奖台上。
全红婵7岁开始练习跳水，11岁入选省队。一年前，只有13岁的她才正式加入国家跳水队。这些令人吃惊的成绩背后，是她每天全力以赴、坚持不懈的练习。她每天练习跳水400次，别人休息时她仍在刻苦练习，甚至连动物园和游乐园都没有去过。她的'父母都是农民，母亲身体不太好，常年需要治病。家庭环境的艰难，也让全红婵变得十分坚强。她从没有怨天尤人，也没有因贫困而丢失志向。而作为她的同龄人，我却经常浪费时间，玩手机、看电视，运动锻炼也是三天打鱼两天晒网。我的短跑成绩一直不太理想，暑假前我50米经常要跑到9。5秒以上，原因就是不勤于练习。看到全红婵的努力，我也给自己定了一个小目标，五年级开始我要跑进9秒之内。
为了达成目标和实现“飞毛腿”的愿望，我开始了有计划的练习，每天最少练习10次短跑。我还上网搜索了很多练习技巧，边看视频边比划，再去实地训练。我首先进行了摆臂姿势和高抬腿的训练。刚开始时，胳膊和腿又酸又麻，仿佛已不是自己的。我泄气极了，心里一直想着要不要放弃，这时，我想到了全红婵的勤奋刻苦，便咬咬牙坚持训练。经过多次的练习，我克服了困难。一次次成绩的提高，离不开我坚持不懈的努力。但是跟全红婵比起来了，我的刻苦只是“毛毛雨”。
冰冻三尺非一日之寒，滴水穿石非一日之功。坚持是成功路上必不可少的一部分，从“孟母断织”，到李白的“铁杵磨成针”，再到如今的全红婵，都用锲而不舍的精神取得了成功。我下定决心要向她学习，争取在今后的学习、运动中，更加努力刻苦，成为更好的自己！

The biggest problem is the unfinished buildings. But the day is so closed and some sports courts are still being built, how could this happen in such big event.

The second problem is the health. Rio is not the developed city, its health care must can’t compare with the developed contries. As its hot weather and other reason, some diseases are easily to spread. It has been reported that some athletes have dropped out of this coming event, for there exists a kind of virus which will make people sick badly.
