今天，我们来到了象山的“百里黄金海岸”。
我来到海滩边，一眼望去，地上的沙子是像黄金，可也没有百里啊，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，我要下去游泳。”妈妈说：“好的，你把外套脱了吧，反正你游泳衣在里面。”
我换好了游泳衣，慢慢地牵着我妈妈单位阿姨的手，海浪轻轻地漫上来，我把脚伸进了水里，凉凉的`，我慢慢地走了进去，由于阿姨不会游泳，就把我交给了妈妈单位里的叔叔，我一点一点地走近，最后，我不敢再走近一点了，那儿的浪很大，我怕喝到海水了，我在游泳池里都敢把头伸到水里去游泳，可在大海里我就不敢了，因为我怕喝到海水，海里有许多的泥沙会呛到鼻子里的，我转过身去，海浪趁我一不留神，朝我跑了过来，害得我满脸是水，还喝了一大口的海水，呸呸，咸了，我叫到。叔叔怕我感冒了就先把我送上了岸，我换好了衣服，坐在椅子上，海水轻轻地漫过我的脚尖，微风轻轻地吹过我的耳边，此时的我，觉得好舒服。忽然间，我那舒服的感觉，被旁边的环境给消灭了，在我的旁边，海水漫上来的全是香烟蒂和垃圾，我想，这是哪些人扔的呀，连我那四岁的小弟弟都知道不能乱扔垃圾，怪不得我们这里的水会那么黄，不像海南，国外那里的海水蓝。又转念一想，我们这样埋怨是没用的，还不如用行动来表示。于是我就开始拾起垃圾来。
时间在我们的手指缝里流失，我一转眼就拾了一大堆的垃圾，时间不早了，又到了回去的时间，我看了一眼大海，依依不舍地回去了。
