听了毛老师讲的《如何培养学生的自我价值和良好习惯》的网课，我受益匪浅。
有位教育名家曾经说过：“多蹲下来听孩子说话，你看到的将是一个纯真无邪的世界。”也就是说，父母只有放下成人的架子，才能真正了解孩子的心理和需求，才能真正走进孩子的内心世界。我们做老师的更应该放下架子去倾听孩子的心声。
第一，我们要做一名倾听者。孩子一犯错我们会利用惯有的思维去判断孩子，然后一顿斥责，最后总会补上几句“听懂了吗?知道自己错了吗?改了就是好孩子?”自以为做好了孩子的思想教育工作，其实很多时候我们都做错了，我们应该先去倾听孩子，通过倾听了解孩子是不是真的错了。要是真的错了，就应该通过孩子的诉说来了解孩子为什么会出错?因为有些时候孩子出错并非本意，所以我们不应一味地斥责，而是要了解孩子内心真实的想法，从而引导孩子认识到错误并改正。
第二，我们要尊重孩子。孩子的隐私权是天生的，“没有隐私的孩子是长不大的”，这句话很有道理。孩子虽然是父母创造出来的，但孩子仍然是不同于父母的独立的个体。因此，父母要想走进孩子的小世界，首先要充分尊重孩子，给孩子一片自由的空间。在学校，作为老师的我们也要充分尊重孩子，尊重孩子实际上就是爱护孩子，苏霍姆林斯基说：“教育技巧的全部奥妙在于如何爱护学生。”作为一名教师，必须真诚地热爱学生。事实上，凡是优秀教师，无一例外都是关爱学生的'典范。正所谓“亲其师，信其道。”当教师真正从内心关爱学生时，才能使师生在感情上产生共鸣，让学生更喜欢教师，更乐于接近教师，喜欢和你谈心，爱听你讲课，使学生由被动接受变为主动接受，在不知不觉中，教师的言行就会对学生起到潜移默化的教育作用。
第三，积极参与孩子的活动。作为班主任，班级是我们的家，班主任作为“家长”绝对不能置身事外。如果班主任能和学生们共同参与活动，对孩子们来讲是莫大的鼓励和支持。同时，也助于我们更好地走进孩子们的心灵，孩子们会从心底里热爱和尊敬我们。
比如：卫生区打扫、大课间跑操、特色课程学习、办黑板报等，我经常参与其中。每次大扫除孩子们打扫得都不干净，玻璃擦了不如不擦来的干净，看到这种情况我便把孩子们训斥一顿，嫌他们不好好干，可是等到下一次还是干不好。于是我决定和孩子们一起干，在干的过程中我发现不是孩子不认真干，而是他们不知道怎么去干，于是我手把手地教给他们干，不一会儿孩子们就学会了，争先恐后地干了起来，还比比谁擦的干净、漂亮，有的学生还说要跟老师比赛。在一起劳动中一下就拉近了师生之间的距离，教室的窗户亮如明镜，地面拖得干干净净，我们班的卫生受到校长的表扬，我和孩子们的感情也更加深厚了。
深入地了解孩子的情况，从孩子的实际情况出发，关爱孩子、尊重孩子，遇到的问题才会迎刃而解。孩子们把事情干好了，既能得到老师的表扬，也能提升其自我价值感，还能养成认真干事情的好习惯，真是一举多得啊!

在有些情况下网络就是一把双刃剑，它既有好的方面也有不好的方面。随着网络的发展，很多有关网络道德问题也随之出现。
而且，如果我们不能把握好上网的时间，就会荒废我们的学业，也会让我们的眼睛受到伤害。
这就是网络。掌握好它就能更快的到达成功彼岸，误用了它，将陷入了无底深渊难以自拔。我们必须兴利除弊，让网络为我们服务，使我们的生，更精彩。活更方便

自从有了网络，我们的生活质量就渐渐随之改变。
先说通讯：自古以来，我们的通讯就不大方便：原始时期的“叫喊、吼声”，然后是有了文字与语言出现了的“飞鸽传书”，直至后来的电报通信。每一步都是历史性的创新。现在，我们几乎人人都有手机，家家都有电脑。有事打个电话、发个短信，事情就解决了。而这些都与网络有关，没了网络该有多大的不便！
当然，有了网络，工作也快捷了。
首先，办公用的资料不会占地方，没有的再百度，怕忘记再保存在电脑里，实在不行添一个备份；如若客户在较远的地方，还可以视频，不必担忧；想要的东西还可以网购，不怕再怕没有，不必再有担忧。
对于我们这些学生，网络可以辅助：资料、问题都可百度。偶尔关注微博、QQ，空暇时还可娱乐、休闲。
但是网络不是只有“利”，他也有一些弊端。
不少人沉迷网络：公交车上总有几个人低着头在摆弄手机，成了所谓的“低头族”；网吧中不少青年通宵打电玩，导致猝；学生们过度沉迷网络，而误入歧途；由于网络的诱惑，大部分人导致近视。
虽说学生有着家长在限制，网吧也有国家施行的限制（未成年人），但是这种情况并未有多大缓解，不让我们接触网络也无法实行。现在，网络几乎不能与我们分离……
